Brand new 2 bed/2 bath townhome in gated community

This Townhome was as described. It was close to places to eat, shop and a very good home base for National Parks. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The area where this is located is very quiet and convenient to get to.

We had a fantastic stay at this Clovis townhome! It was the perfect home base for exploring Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, and even the breathtaking Big Sur coastline. The home was super clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and the beds were incredibly comfy. Clovis itself had some great local spots to eat—Eureka! was one of our favorites. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The pictures do not do this amazing, cozy, beautiful, spacious 2bdrm 2bath home justice!!! The privacy of location in a gated community was a plus. There were many beautiful parks and places to eat, shop & access to freeway. You will not be diappointed I promise you!!! I will be planni g another stay for sure…

My husband & I rented this townhome for a week while in Fresno for a wedding. The home is beautiful/new, clean, in a nice area of Fresno/Clovis. Amenities were great, plenty of extra linens, towels, soap, shampoo, paper products, etc. The host was very responsive. Check in was very easy. Having a garage to park in was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our time while staying in this rental. The townhouse is exactly as described and has everything you need...even shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The host, Ellen, provides a very comfortable unit for your stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The property manager was incredibly quick and responsive when we had questions. Good location and amenities that were perfect for our little family. We were able to make day trips to both Yosemite and Sequoia from the condo.

We stayed here as our retreat during our visit to Yosemite, Sequoia, & Kings Canyon. Location is great with restaurants, grocery stores, and on the edge of Clovis so trips to the parks did not require going through town. Great home with amenities.

My colleague and I needed a place to stay while we were in Fresno for some client meetings. The unit was perfect for the two of us and the location made for easy access to the town.

It was great. The owner was wonderful to deal with and answered all my questions. I will book there again next year if I can.
