    Host was very responsive. We had 5 people and enjoyed a wonderful thanksgiving meal at the house. Well-appointed kitchen. Very comfy beds. Huge backyard and views of the mountains from both sides. We would stay there again!

    Tepi was very good about communicating throughout our visit. We had plenty of space for a large family gathering. The family said they enjoyed there visit even though our reunion was for a family loss.

    The house was very clean, had a good set up and the beds and other furnishings were very comfortable. In that way, it was exactly what we were looking for. The house also has a very nice backyard and it is well appointed. Finally, the hosts were very good communicators. There is a train across the street that runs often, but we are heavy sleepers and it was not a problem. This would be a problem for some people, however. There are a few big items that all should know. First, while everything is relative, I would not suggest this house is just outside of downtown Bozeman as the hosts suggest. It is a good 15 minute drive from the middle of downtown with no traffic. The house is next to a few other homes on a very busy frontage road. Potential guest should know this frontage road does make entering and exiting the driveway of the home a bit of a challenge, due to traffic. The house and the yard are not fancy and the yard could use some work, but we were not looking for fancy. The outside door pad was tricky to use. Would I stay here again? Yes, if there were no better options. It's just okay.

    Everything was wonderful and as described. Perfect set up for our party of 8. Yes, the train is nearby and runs in the night but with the windows closed you really don't notice it. If you're a light sleeper just bring ear plugs. No biggie! Location is great and close to everything! Easy to get around. The deck is a wonderful place to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain air!

    Property was clean and had most kitchen necessities. The PIN number for the lock is a bit tricky, but we figured that out. Frontage road, interstate and train traffic is noisy. Garage ceiling is low, so was unable to park a truck inside. A/C window units in a couple of rooms. Was not too warm when we were there, so was not an issue.

    We had a little issue with the PIN for the front door a few times but that is likely user error on our side. The house is nice, clean and the location is ok.

    We made the best of it because it was a family trip, but the property is misrepresented on the listing and poorly maintained. I had a hint of trouble to come when the hosts did not respond to e-mail or text message the week before our arrival. It is on a major frontage road and the train tracks are immediately adjacent to that. The temps were in the mid 90's and there was only one functioning room a/c unit for 2,200 sq. ft. even though the property was listed as air conditioning. Due to the noise from the highway and trains, it was impossible to open the bedroom windows at night. Although our reservation was for 8 and the listing says it comfortably accommodates 6-8, there were only 4-6 dining chairs, plates, flatware, and glasses, and partial rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. The property mgr brought more the next day. Although he tried to rig the non-working a/c unit, that attempt was unsuccessful. He did bring additional fans. The washer, ice maker, toaster oven, and toaster did not function properly. There was a microwave sitting on the counter when we arrived indicating a known problem with the built-in microwave. I can't understand how you can have that many appliances with problems. The property outdoors was a mess with dead shrubs, cuttings that had been left in big piles in the yard, bags of mulch strewn around, and dirty socks left on the deck. The final straw was when the cleaners attempted to intimidate us into leaving 45 min. before stated checkout.

    6 guys for a 3 day fly fishing trip. Very comfortable and super comfortable. Train noise and airplane is a bit noisy but no biggie.
