Boyne City, Large 5 bdrm house, 2 blks from Lake Charlevoix, Walk to everything!

Our stay in Boyne City was for a long weekend in January, the weather did not disappoint snow and lots of it!! The location of the house was a perfect! distance to downtown, ice skating and sled riding and our daughters. The house was a great space for our large family with all the accommodation to cook, sleep, and hangout! Thank you I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our host is amazing. This is a beautiful home with many updates done since our stay last year. The home is fully stocked with all you would need. Neighborhood is is walking friendly.

Perfect place for our family trip! The house was larger than we expected and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. Nice short walk to the downtown shops too! Make sure to stop at the bakery and don't forget the ice cream for dessert!

Our family stayed here as a mini vacation while up north for a wedding and it was the perfect home for us! Very spacious, very clean and close to downtown. I would definitley recommend this beautiful stay for families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute and inviting home right in Boyne City! My family and I came to town for our annual ski trip and could not have been more pleased. Not only were we close to the slopes, but we also were just down the street from downtown’s shops and restaurants. The home itself had plenty of room, was clean, and provided all the comforts of home. The ping pong table in the basement was a fun surprise! The wonderful property owner was quick to respond to communication. My family agreed that we would stay at this home again in a heartbeat!

The house and location were great It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The surrounding area was beautiful and conveniently located near local attractions, making it perfect for our family getaway. Communication with the host was seamless. Our family had such a wonderful experience that we would absolutely book with them again without hesitation! Highly recommend!

If you come to Boyne City this is a must stay! I would rate this home much higher than a 5 if I could. Great communication with owner and this home had everything you would ever need. It also is close to the city for all to enjoy.

We visited in July. The house space was adequate for seven of us: three couples and a child. We used four rooms: a non-air-conditioned bedroom on the first floor (it tended to become too warm on some hot days), and three window-unit air-conditioned bedrooms on the second floor. We were lucky that we didn’t need to use the fifth, non-air-conditioned ‘kids room’ on the second floor (the one with many mattresses on the floor): it was too warm even on cool summer days and felt like a hot sauna on warm days (even with the exhaust roof fan and fresh air intake window fans turned on). Everything in the house worked. The house was clean and well cared for. Plenty of towels; beds were comfortable. We used the Weber gas grill and the outside fireplace. The two beach umbrellas from the shed were very handy as we forgot to bring our own. We were greeted by a gentleman from the next house who watches over this house in the absence of the owners. He graciously gave us the second key to the house, which simplified our party’s travel planning, allowing us to venture in separate cars to different destinations and return at different times. Small suggestions to the host, for the benefit of future guests: 1) fix the door lock in the first floor bathroom, and install door locks in all bedrooms; 2) offer more than one set of keys to the house. Overall, it was a nice stay. We’d come back. Thank you, Heather!
