Stayed Nov 16, 2023Stayed at this home with my family for an FSU football weekend and it was perfect for our big group! Plenty of room to hang out in the living room, outside in the yard, and enough space to spread out to sleep comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, modern and spacious as well. Location was awesome; about 10-15 from FSU campus but far enough from noisy/busy college student area. Close to restaurants and shopping. We loved our time here and would stay again in the future!

Stayed May 4, 2023What a wonderfully home for my family during our Sons Graduation. 12 mins from campus and from close to all the great places to eat. House just needs a 3rd bathroom downstairs for all the people staying.

Stayed Dec 8, 2022This house suited our family for the purpose of the weekend. We were in town for a graduation and wanted a place for our big family to stay. Overall, this is a great property. They made some updates on the house. It did seem as though it isn’t finished. Although, we loved the big picture window looking into the woods in the backyard from the sunroom! The kitchen was stocked enough. Plenty of glasses and plates. Toaster and coffee maker. Pots, pans, and utensils. There were a few extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, which was nice. No soaps in the showers, which is fine. Plenty of hand soap. The only thing my group unanimously said was regarding the quality of the towels. They were very thin and did not absorb the water at all. I wish they would get better towels for future guests. There were just enough for the group and we were thankful for the washer and dryer. We will likely book this place for the next graduation. (Hopefully, they’ll have better towels by then!)
