Great house in a very central location in Sedona. Beautiful views and all the amenities you would want for a group gathering together for vacation. The perfect home base to go explore during the day and come back at night to make dinner, play games, and relax in the hot tub. Large kitchen table and big comfortable sectional to gather around.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family along with my sister's family during our stay in Sedona. Ashley & Adam were very friendly and informative about their home and visiting Sedona. We enjoyed the beautiful views along with close trails to walk during the day to coming back to the house to relax in the hot tub. We loved the openness of the home, the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, games for the whole family. It was our home away from home & will be staying here in the future!

This house had everything we needed for our family vacation! It was very well stocked and so incredibly comfortable! The beds were awesome, plenty of linens, well-stocked kitchen, and the host went above and beyond to stock enough baby items for our family. Communication was amazing as well! Would definitely stay here again! Five stars!!

We typically visit Sedona once a year and have stayed in a number of different homes over the years. This home was one of our favorites! Close to everything, plenty of space and what really stood out, was the communication with the property owner - they were great. One of those properties where the owner really has thought of everything to make their guests stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay again!

Absolutely loved it here! Pictures don’t do it justice. Check in process was easy. Kitchen was stocked. Loved all the games in the loft. Me and the kids had a lot of fun playing! Loved how close it is to literally everything. Definitely will be back!

A beautiful place, very spacious and clean. Beautiful views of the mountains. A great place to relax and rejuvenate!

House is very spacious — we had 6 adults 1 baby. Location is great. Close to grocery store, places to eat, and a few hiking trails (many of which are walking distance)! We hiked Birthing Cave (about 15 mins away) and Sugarloaf Summit (5 mins away) this trip. Plenty of places to sit as a group in and outside the house — my niece LOVED sitting outside listening to the water feature in the front. Kitchen is probably one of the most stocked I’ve seen — had everything we needed to bake, cook, AND grill! Great view from the house. Host is super communicative, and instructions throughout the house are clear. Our family had a GREAT time — only comment is the couches are bit softer than our family prefers (but we made it work). Would definitely book again! Can’t wait for our next trip to Sedona!!

Great rental! Lots of family space and close to Main Street in Sedona. Great hosts and concern for our comfort. We would book again!

This was a perfect home for 8 adult friends. We loved the hot tub, the beds were very comfortable, and the hosts were fantastic! They thought of everything. Extra blankets, kitchen fully stocked, games, and many more! The two living areas were great for a big group, and we loved laying on the outside turf in the sun! Book this place! You won’t be sorry.

Worked out well for our vacation

We stayed here over Thanksgiving with family. The house is beautiful, very comfortable beds, fun games, clean hottub, multiple TVs, beautiful property. The Harry Potter room is awesome except it doesn't have easy access to a bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.

We had an amazing retreat and enjoyed the space and the decor fit the vibe we were looking for. Thank you ?

We loved this home so much - we came back a 2nd year! The home is gorgeous and works out so well for our large group. It's well appointed, accommodations are great. Close to everything in Sedona! Owner's are great! They were very responsive! We can't wait to come back for our third year!

I am going make a quick read and the TL;DR version First the quick version: Stay there! You will be glad, but be sure to get the master bedroom. This house has everything you need, and some things you didn't know you needed. Now....details, details . First of all, the outside is beautiful with trees, desert plants, a babbling man made brook, and an astroturf yard (it is Arizona after all). We had our wedding in the yard (only family members) and the sight of my new bride coming down the patio stairs was one I will remember for ever. Javelinas (we saw two), mule deer, bats (they don't come close, but you can see them in the air) and ravens...oh my, the ravens. Kitchen has everything you need. Secondary bedrooms are comfortable and even have televisions (as well as the living room, atrium, and game room upstairs. Be warned, the bathrooms have bidets. After the original shock, they certainly do leave you feeling cleaner. MASTER BEDROOM - If we were not planning on coming anyway, the MB would lure us. Wonderful bed, soaking tub in the bathroom, walk in shower, balcony with amazing views of the mountain (if you are lucky near sun rise, you might get to see the Sun Horse, a flash of sunlight in the middle of a shaded area, and if you are REALLY lucky you will be there near the full moon, when the mountain itself is illuminate against the sky. Beauty and comfort...as close to perfection as I have seen. Bonus, Ashley always got back to questions quickly.

We had a great time at this property. It was centrally located for lots of hiking options, very clean and had everything as advertised. The hosts responded promptly to all messages with friendly and helpful information. We would gladly stay there again!
