Bout Time Too - Waterfront, 4/3 Sleeps 12 with Pool, Shuffle Board, Dog Friendly

Best vacation we have had in a long time! The house was immaculate, the island was magical and we couldn't think of a better more relaxing way to spend our Christmas. We will be back again to this house. It's perfect. Boardwalk realty was incredible to work with as well. They called to check in on us and let us know who to call in Christmas if anything were to happen since the office was closed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the amazing stay we did. We had a great stay. We absolutely loved the location of this house. Having the dock to walk down to the bay was so nice and then a minute walk across the road you could access the gulf. The outdoor entertainment area was so nice, we spent most of our time there! The only reason why I have this 4 stars instead of 5 is because once it got dark it was hard to use the outdoor space. All we could find to light up the deck/pool area were the big flood lights which attracted bugs. Also the door below the oven was busted and we did have to use the broom to clean up some leftover sand prior to unpacking. But overall we honestly really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay very much- the layout of the house was perfect a extended family stay- kiddos down one side, grandparents down the other. The pool isnt huge but our kids still spent hours each day splashing around it ( shallow area perfect for toddler). It was nice to have the lagoon on one side and the ocean on the other- plenty of options for beach time! It was

It was nice. The issues I had were the water pressure was very low, mosquitoes were awful, weeds were tall all around the house and,the top bunk beds didn,t have sheets on them when we got there. I didn't think it was very clean.

The weather wasn’t great during our stay, but the house definitely made it more bearable. We had double red flags almost everyday, but having the pool and being on the bay gave us various options to still have fun in the sun. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were super comfy. Everything was very clean and the AC worked very good. The house was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay at it again. The only cons were having to pick up physical keys at the office prior to getting to the house. A door code lock would be a minimal cost and make check in much smoother. Not a huge deal though. The grill was also very dirty and too much to clean. We went and purchased a small grill for us to cook our food on and hauled it back with us. Again not a huge deal. Overall the place was fabulous and perfect for our family of five at the beach.

In either direction you hit beaches on the island / front door to beach is a small 5-6 min walk. Leaving from the back door to bay beach took less then 5 min.. an lots of crabs, fish, sting-rays an birds ! Felt like we had a private beach, early morning walks I never saw anyone on the beaches around us. Most of the time we were free from other people that felt nice. Our boat was easily in & out at the boat ramp that was a few minutes away. We pulled the boat right up to beach to load kids & take rides - defiantly nice to be able to be so close. Looks like construction may add a pier like other houses but not sure. Home had plenty of room an plenty on kitchen supplies to cook on.. Beds are very comfy long with the couches I took afternoon naps on, or the porch bed swing..

My family and I had the best time of our lives. The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and then some. The pool was wonderful! The entirety of the vacation was fantastic. I am on here right now looking to see if I can book it again for this years family trip.
