No smoking inside the property — $750 ozone cleaning fee if violated. Smoking outside is allowed if cleaned up.
No parties or events. Violations will result in $600 fee + cancellation.
No pets unless pre-approved
No shoes in the house
Exterior security cameras are in place for safety.

Shower before entering.
