BOURBON TRAIL & BEYOND! Central to everything in a quiet neighborhood/Game Room!

What an incredible place to stay! My family convened from three locations to stay in town for an event. The home was centrally located to an event location we needed access to on the Kentucky side and the Indiana side. The home had plenty of room for 4 family units, some with children, so sleep and stay comfortably for the weekend. The home was clean, well furnished, and modern. The host was easy to contact and had flexible options for early and late check in/out. The kitchen was well equip and had extra stools to allow for more to gather around the table. The backyard is spacious and has outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine. Driveway parking is not a problem and the single family neighborhood is quiet and safe. When the Louisville area calls our name again, we will return to BOURBON TRAIL & BEYOND property!

We booked a small stay at this home and were very surprised at how clean and accurate to the pictures listed. The host was very pleasant in what he want from us and sent small reminders throughout the trip to make sure we were doing okay. Compared to a stay in a different home in a different location unrelated to this host we loved how soft the beds were. I’ve never had my middle child take two naps in one day lol.

Host greeted us and stayed in contact to make sure everything as in order. The house was super clean and comfortable and was in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy and kitchen was very functional.

This place was the perfect quite suburban home to relax at in the evenings after spending the day on the bourbon trail! The game room downstairs was a nice addition.

Communication was good. Daughter came to pick up Dad from 500 miles away and did not know NO DOGS Allowed. The owner was understanding and daughter left early bc of pet. My fault didn’t read it.

Super friendly left clear instructions for everything. Right outside the major city but plenty of cozy places near by. If you have a large family this is an easy win.

We were in town for a Softball tournament. We had plenty of room for all 3 adults and 3 teen kids. Very comfortable and kids stayed entertained. Would stay again!

Home was clean and cozy, with enough space for everybody. Had everything we needed to make meals in the kitchen. And the game space was fun. Also a good location not too far away from the activities we planned.

The house was convenient to many things. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Our teens enjoyed the game room downstairs. We had a nice stay and would stay here again.

Four retired friends from Ohio, Utah, Florida & Canada together for a weekend of Bullets (Knob Hill gun club), Bourbon & Beef. The house was the perfect base of operations for exploring distilleries and Louisville’s restaurants. Friendly neighbors & neighborhood.

Had a great time. Fredie was very accomodating. The house was in a vert safe neighborhood, it was clean and located close to any eating or shopping needs. I would definitely revisit this property.

We had a fabulous time and the host couldn’t have been better. We previously had a reservation elsewhere in Frankfort, but had a last minute cancelation due to flooding and we were able to pivot to this place and we are so glad we did. Highly recommend, especially if you plan on visiting Louisville!

We (family of 6) needed a place to stay for my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the Kentucky Expo Center. This property was perfect. The owner was very responsive, the property was VERY CLEAN, and all of our needs were driving distance (within 20-30 min). My children loved the property and the game room was a hit. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

I was confused at the beginning with 1 bedroom being in an other wise unfinished basement. It worked out perfectly and wall all good. Location is only 25.00 uber to downtown.

Me and my adult daughter stayed but there is plenty of room for 4 couples to sleep comfortably.

This is an awesome property to stay at. It’s cute, it’s clean, it’s in a super quiet neighborhood. Fredie was an excellent host. A pain free check-in process. The house was better than what the pictures show.

Great place to stay. I was there with family to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday. It had plenty of seating for visiting family. Great kitchen with updated appliances.

Home was clean, quiet, and with 4 beds we had our choice of soft or firm mattresses and the sheets were very soft. Shower nozzle was very high so great for tall people. Large sectional had reclining seats and was very comfy. The closets were small but they had dressers and luggage racks to help with space, and there were large tvs in every room. We also spent several fun hours playing Jeopardy on the arcade machine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

This house was just what our family of 7 needed. The basement was a lot of fun for playing with our kids. Fredie was very responsive and kind!

The location was very clean and had everything that I needed. I didn’t want to fight parking and this location had ample parking in a quiet, nice, neighborhood. The host was very quick to respond and even sent a message the day after check in to make sure things were good. Would have given more stars if possible!

This VRBO was truly a home away from home! It was very clean and cozy. The couch was also very nice and fit all of us! The neighborhood felt very safe as well. We also wanted to note that we really appreciated the sound machines in each room which goes to show this host thinks of everything to make sure all are comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

It was a hassle free experience overall. The house was close to everything we needed to go to and was clean and ready when we got there. The hosts were also kind enough to invite us to another music event when one of the festival days was cancelled due to weather.

The house is great. Came for the Bourbon Trail. Convenient to everything. Fredie is a great host and communicated everything needed quickly. We will definitely be back when in the area again.

Overall perfect process. Zero complaints on everything from reserving it to checking out. Everything was very simple, straight forward and explained. The neighborhood is extremely quiet for an amazing time in the back yard in the evening. The downstairs provided us tons of games and fun when we weren’t out in downtown Louisville, which is a very easy drive from the property. I definitely recommend this house to anyone from kids to adults. You won’t be disappointed.
