Bourbon Hous - 7 Bdrms, Bar, Billiards, Downtown Lexington

The house was great! We had 10 people and it was perfect. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the beds were very comfortable! The location can’t be beat! Highly recommend!

Absolutely lived up to its listing. Plenty of space. One of the cleanest VRBOs I have stayed in. Kitchen was small but nicely stocked with basic supplies. Place settings for 12 - so you might need paper plates if you have a larger group. On the edge of a residential neighborhood. Lots of homeless people on the corner - but they weren’t aggressive and didn’t bother us. Had an amazing bar - they just ask you replace what you use! Over a dozen types of bourbon when we arrived. Hosts were great and always responded to questions within 10 minutes. Best hosts I have ever worked with. Would definitely stay again if we return to Lexington !

We had a wonderful time at the Bourbon House. Everything was well thought out and felt like a special retreat. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

This home was a delight for our weekend college celebration. The location was a convenient easy walk to Rupp arena, comfortable bedroom space for our 12 guests. We have great memories of the Bourbon House!

What an amazing property. Exquisite renovation of an old Carpenters Union HQ. Pictures don’t do it justice. Literally blocks from downtown, Rupp Arena and UK campus. Plenty of free parking onsite. Hosts were very communicative and the welcome gift was much appreciated!

My family and I (total of 13) stayed at Bourbon Hous for my son’s graduation from UK. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect property. Everything is just as pictured. Great space for gathering and spending time together as well as private, comfortable, and plush bedrooms. The location can’t be beat either. I’d highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

This was my first time visiting Lexington. I had a bachelor party to do the Bourbon Trail and Keenland Derby. We arrived early and were greeted by a bottle of bourbon. The bar/living room was my favorite part of the house. Everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom, and Thermostat to make them comfortable. The location is within walking distance of several bars and nice restaurants. You have to love the Bulldog in the pool room. :-)

Absolutely perfect stay at Bourbon Hous for a 50th birthday celebration. We had 5 couples and it felt like our own private boutique hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and well appointed. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The bar and pool table are so perfect for hanging out after dinner together. The communication with the owner was smooth and easy. I HIGHLY recommend this property. It was amazing!!!

Bourbon Hous was great, comfy beds, location great to everything. A lot of traffic and ambulances, near to hospital, but owners provide accommodations for outside noise. Shaun Washington, Ultimate Farm Tours, absolutely made our trip. We spent two days with him. Distillery tour, lunch, horse farms, and he knows everybody and where to go. Highly recommend him. Can’t say enough about him! Recommended by Bourbon Hous owners.
