The Bourbon Belle is a newly renovated historic shotgun home in the heart of Louisville's Germantown neighborhood. Lots of natural light and tall ceilings make your stay feel comfy and warm just like home. Sleeps 4 comfortably and has 1.5 bathrooms. W/D. 2 Smart 55 TVs. High speed internet. Parking pad in back for 2 cars.

The Space:

The Bourbon Belle is one of Louisville's original shotgun homes. Louisville is known for it's preservation of these unique homes that you could fire a shotgun from one end of the home out the other. They were built in the early 1890’s by German immigrants working in small farms and butcher shops.

We worked to restore this historic property with modern conveniences and comforts while keeping the rich tradition alive.

We are ready to host short term, mid-term, and long term rental guests. Digital nomads, nurses and healthcare professionals welcome!

The Space-This home is approximately 1000 square feet and has 1 primary bedroom and full ensuite bath, 1 queen sized sofa bed with half bath, original hardwood floors, fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, 2 Smart TVs, high speed internet, back yard with patio and gas grill. Sleeps 4 comfortably, premium linens and towels, and essentials supplied.

Location! Location! Our neighborhood is known for walkability, local small business, and its vibrance!

Walkable restaurants include the Full Stop Station, Logan Street Market, Awry Brewery, The Fish House, Big Bad Breakfast, & The Barret Bar and Grill. Scooters have also hit the Louisville market so feel free to utilize those as well. Also close by are Hammerheads,The Paristown Food Hall, The Cafe, Wiltshire Bakery, Kaiju, and everything on Bardstown Rd. Louisville is a Foodie Town!

We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and well-maintained, though minor signs of age may be present as this is a well-loved home rather than a hotel-style property. If anything needs attention, we’ll address it promptly to ensure a stress-free visit. We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately.

▻ Please do not unplug any electronics that are currently connected. Unplugging devices may result in a $100 fee.

▻ Strictly NO PARTIES.

▻ Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM

▻ Strictly NO SMOKING

▻ Kindly keep noise and activity neighbor-friendly.

▻ NO pets allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $200 penalty fee to cover professional cleaning.

▻ Visitors and unauthorized guests are not allowed







By booking this property, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines outlined in the listing. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fee, charged to the credit card used for the reservation.







POLICIES:

▻ Early Check-In – We’ll do our best to accommodate! Same-day requests depend on our cleaning team, and for future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night (if available).

▻ Luggage Drop – We’re happy to allow luggage drop with prior host approval.

▻ Late Check-Out – Let us know by the day before. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night’s stay.

▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here.

▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.

▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)

▻ Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours before check-in. Any cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed.

▻ There are exterior cameras installed above the front doors, overlooking the hallway to the entrance. It is on and recording 24/7 to help ensure the safety of you and the property during your stay.
