Boulder Ridge Haus: Slopeside Elegance

The house was even better than the pictures! There is an easy beaten path between the neighborhood and Peak 8 base making it almost a ski-in, ski-out (it was for the kids!). The house and bedrooms suited our multi-family group perfectly, with the kids on the bottom floor. The mudroom off the garage is perfect for taking off boots and storing winter layers. The property management company was extremely responsive and attentive throughout our stay. One of the best I have encountered.

We loved this house we selected! Great location! Easy trek to the slopes/bars/restaurants/town. Plenty of space for 3 families (all of the kids were males so we could put them all in the bunk room). No matter how cold it was outside, the house was warm! The property mangers were great with quick responses to any inquiries. The office for the property management company was at the base of the road, so it was easy to grab extra supplies. Our only true “complaint” was there was no pizza cutter! We would definitely stay here again!

It's a little on the well loved side and could use some basic maintenance (screen doors hard to open close, some windows hard to open close, etc.) but wonderful kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. The location couldn't be better, such a convenient house for taking the gondola and shuttles. We could leave the car behind more often than not. The check-in process was inconvenient. I understand not giving the code to the house, but trying to arrange shuttles from the airport and not having the address to the house was frustrating. I looked through all my rental agreements and such and couldn't find the address ahead of time. Checkout was a breeze and staff was very responsive, I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described, wonderful place to stay. Just about the only downside was limited parking for a large group.

My friend group really enjoyed our stay. We went hiking one morning, and into town the next. It was equal distance from each! The scenery was lovely and the fireplace was a fantastic hangout at night. My only complaint is the windows in the master bedroom did not open so it got a little stuffy. Other than that everyone was comfortable!

Property was spacious and perfect for the 10 of us. Large living area in great location. Hot tub was perfect for after ski relaxation. Only negative is property is ski-in, via a tricky route through trees and a street, but not ski-out. We needed to shuttle each other by short drive to base of Peak 8.

The house was gorgeous and the location was amazing. The management company was extremely responsive and easy to work with. You can't get a house closer to the base of Peak 8 than this one. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect location between town and a block from the Nordic center! House is very nice could use a little more lighting but still very comfortable.
