We love to spoil our guests. Our property is similar to a luxury hotel experience with more space and less cost. Relax in our signature robes, slippers, organic bath bomb, aromatherapy shower steamers, extra towels and sheets, hair dryers, laundry detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, coffee, oil, seasonings, and additional appliances- air fryer with liners, waffle maker, blender, toaster, and more. Living room and all bedrooms have smart TVs equipped with over 20,000 free movies and over 3,000 free series.

Unit A is located on our first level with private entry suite, King bed, Queen bed, sleeper sofa, en-suite full bathroom, remote work station, smart tv, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. This suite is perfect for anyone desiring privacy. There are no stairs in Unit A.

Unit B has a separate private entrance with living room, smart tv, fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, guest bathroom, and remote work station on the second level.

The third level in Unit B. has three bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms and smart tvs. The master bedroom has a king bed with a remote work station and sleeper sofa.

The entire home is spacious and great for groups, families, travel nurses, medical guests seeking treatment in the Houston Medical Center, business professionals, and remote workers. For entertainment take a quick Uber ride to clubs like the Address, 5015, Cle, Seaside Lounge, and Kamp. Try local restaurants like Breakfast Klub, Reggae Hut, Pappadeaux, Pappasitos, Joey Uptown, Vick & Anthony’s, Capital Grille, and Cyclone Anayas. We are located less than 10 minutes from the Museum District and Hermann Park.

Guest has access to the entire home including both Unit A and Unit B. Guest also have free access to our laundry room, gated parking, and garage that separate the two units.

We give our guests their space but are available during business hours of 8:00am-10:00pm through messaging on the booking platform. We ask for guests to please contact us with any questions or concerns through messaging on the booking platform.

This property is located in the fasting growing gentrification zip code in Houston. New homes are being built throughout the community along with historical homes. The neighborhood is close to University of Houston, Texas Southern University, Houston Community College, and Rice University. We are also close to the Texas Medical Center and Downtown Business District. You may hear noise from construction and a train track located 3 miles away.

We recommend that guest use Uber or Lyft as we are located close to most restaurants and attractions.

There is parking available on the premises in front of Unit A. Three vehicles can park in the driveway depending on size.

There may be noise from construction during your stay. Construction is temporary while new homes are being built nearby. The neighborhood is safe with new up and coming modern homes as well as established homes. There are four outdoor cameras for your safety and a fence.
1. Guest who book the reservation must be present during the entire reservation. Third party booking is allowed. Guest must be 21 years old and older to book. The booking guest must upload their ID to Airbnb and be verified prior to booking.

2. Check in is at 4:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am. There is a $100 early check in fee if the home is available for early check-in. There is a $50 per hour late check out fee. The police will be called if you have not checked out by 12:00pm on your check out day without written permission. The booking guest must read and sign the rental agreement prior to arrival.

3. No smoking is allowed inside of the home. There is a $1,000 fee if you or anyone in your group or a visitor smokes inside of the home. No parties are allowed.

4. No gatherings of more than 5 visitors without written permission through the Airbnb app. There is a $50 fee for each person over 15 at the property. There is a $1,000 fee for unauthorized parties and gatherings.
5. Quiet time is from 11:00pm-8:00am. There is a $500.00 fee for excessive and loud noise during stated quiet hours.

6. Guest agrees to not share lock codes with anyone outside of their registered guests staying at the home. Guest agrees to inform host immediately when anything breaks, if they are spills, or stains.

7. Guest agree to keep doors closed to avoid temperature changes in the home and bugs.

8. Guest agree to not receive mail or packages at the home without written permission. Locals must contact us before booking.

9. External cameras are located on the property for your safety. Cameras record audio and video. There are no internal cameras inside of Unit A or Unit B. An internal noise monitor is located inside of both Unit A and Unit B.

10. Guest agree to lock all doors when leaving the home. A fence and next door neighbor home is being constructed. The property has been discounted for your inconvenience.

11. No parking is allowed in the garage. Having a vehicle turned on in the garage is a safety issue. Hosts is not liable.

    Our stay was great! The house was nice and clean! The location was ok. It was close to everything and the area is growing. If you are traveling to this location, inside the gate is limited parking for extended SUV’s. Overall the host was great and very responsive. I would definitely book this stay again

    Privacy and security at this property was our favorite part. Having quick and easy access to the property saved us time unloading. The rooms are nice. The stairs gives a great exercise. Host made guests feel at home the entire stay. The neighborhood is the only downside but still highly recommend.

    The host did a great job of thinking of everything and communicating. The beds and the entire space was super comfortable. They described the house exactly. The homes next to the house are being beautifully redone but you will want to make sure you have your gas and essentials before you get into the area. Thank you for a great stay!!
