Beautiful 3 level home with five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 1 kitchenette - perfect for a large group get together. When you are ready to unwind take a relaxing dip in the beautiful Sundance Spa.

This place has three separate levels that are all connected internally but can also besegregated by doors should you want to have some additional privacy while within the same home. This summary is a breakdown of the house by three different levels (basement, main floor and loft).

Main Floor: Nice large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, utensils, plates, bowels, cups, pots, pans and so much more.
Bedroom 1: King bed, spacious closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, spacious closet.
Bathroom: Large custom tiled shower with stacker washer and dryer.
Living/dining room - smart tv with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and many other apps. You will need to use your own account to log into each app. Nice leather recliner and couch to relax and unwind. Oak hardwood table to enjoy your home cooked meal or take-out.

Loft: Nice queen bed (sleeps 2) plus a futon that easily sleeps one. Awesome gas fireplace that makes the loft extra cozy and perfect for those chilly Montana evenings. The loft has a nice kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee pot, electric grille, plates, bowls, cups and utensils. As well as a nice spacious bathroom with custom tiled shower.

Basement: Spacious two bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment with full kitchen (stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, utensils, silverware, etc. The living room has a nice free-standing gas fireplace, which makes the apartment very cozy. There is also a TV with an Amazon Firestick, allowing guests access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, dresser, and electric fireplace for added comfort and ambiance. There is also access to a full-sized washer and dryer.

Centrally located in the heart of Billings. Near downtown, hospitals, shopping and local breweries and eateries. Minutes walk to Terry and Central Park.
