This newly constructed home is as impressive as it is inviting, offering the perfect setting for multi-family vacations, reunions, retreats, celebrations, and special events along 30A.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll see that this home was designed for entertaining. The expansive backyard oasis features a resort-style pool with tanning shelf, swim-up table, and spa, creating the perfect space for long sunny afternoons and evening swims under the stars. Surrounding the pool is a thoughtfully designed outdoor living area with shaded lounge seating, an outdoor TV, dining space, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen—ideal for hosting casual cookouts, poolside cocktails, or lively family dinners.

Step inside and the entertaining continues. The first floor features a recreation lounge complete with a poker table, sectional sofa, TV, and mini kitchen, creating the perfect hangout space for games, movie nights, or relaxing after a beach day. Two king suites and a spacious bunk room make this level comfortable for families traveling together, and the interior elevator provides easy access to all three floors.

The second floor is the heart of the home, showcasing an impressive chef’s kitchen built for gathering. Outfitted with a six-burner gas range with griddle, two dishwashers, two microwaves, and an oversized island with seating for seven, it’s perfect for preparing meals for large groups. Just beyond the kitchen, a beautiful balcony overlooks the backyard and pool, offering another inviting space for outdoor dining, lounging, and evening conversations.

This floor also includes two king bedrooms and another bunk room sleeping six, making it ideal for multi-family groups.

The third floor adds even more comfort and flexibility, with a mini kitchen, front and back balconies, and four additional king bedrooms. With room to comfortably sleep up to 28 guests, this home was thoughtfully designed for large gatherings while still allowing everyone their own private retreat.

Blue Mountain Beach is one of the most beloved communities along Scenic Highway 30A, known for its laid-back coastal charm and family-friendly atmosphere. Nestled between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach, this community offers a quieter, more relaxed setting while still being close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

BEACH ACCESS
The closest beach access is Gulfview Heights Beach Access, located approximately 1,800 feet from the home. This well-appointed access includes parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with covered seating, and lifeguards during peak season.

From the house, turn right onto 30A and left at Goatfeathers Seafood Restaurant onto Gulfview Heights Street. Follow the road straight to the beach.

    We had a wonderful time at this house, and it was more than large enough for our group of 18. The golf cart was not at the property the first day but was delivered first thing the next morning. It was great for going to and from the beach and dinner. The pool took several days to heat up, but once it did, the kids had a blast. The hot tub was great the entire time, so that kept them happy while we were waiting for the pool to heat. Overall, the host was very responsive any time we had a question and even offered us a late checkout for free. She also gave us a discounted rate if we return for another trip.

    House was clean and was big enough for our family. The bad news was there was no internet or proper tv for most of our trip….it really was the downer in our trip but overall all else was good.

    Bedrooms and bathrooms were outstanding. Elevator is a bonus for those not wishing to climb stairs. EV use was very convenient for getting to the beach. House appliances more than adequate and excellent. AC, fans, washer and dryer all excellent. Pool was loved by the kids. but for the price and luxuriousness of the property, the additional DAILY fee of 150 to heat either the pool or the hot tub was “cheap”.

    Need a book to tell you how to operate things in the home. Elevator did not work after day 1. Pool was heated before we got there so couldn’t use it til day 2. No info on how to operate pool/ hot tub. Second golf cart didn’t arrive til day 2. Shower head in bathroom was broke. They couldn’t fix til the day we were leaving. On the other hand we did get a late checkout that was nice! Would stay there again! Be sure to ask for golf cart waivers ahead of time otherwise you can’t get the key. No one had sent them to us
