Stayed Jul 21, 2024My family stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! The house is much larger in person than it looks in pictures and it’s nestled in a cute gated community about 10 minutes from the private beach access. The house was clean and we were provided more than enough towels and bedding for our large party. I requested an early check in and thankfully were accommodated. I had several questions before and during my stay, all of which were addressed almost immediately. We will definitely stay here again, but I will just say the only downside to the house was the white curtains; it would be nice to be able to shut the sun out and sleep in when on vacation. Otherwise, lovely home, thank you so much for having us!

Stayed Jun 10, 2024Dirty, walls had scratches and stains everywhere. Would have liked to stay somewhere cleaner. Master bedroom is decent though. Also had a leak coming from either the washer or fridge. Didn’t wanna call because I had a bad experience calling them within the first hour or checking in. Called to ask for extra sheets/blankets to accommodate our 11 guests a lady was very rude. Proceeded to say “OMG, ughhh” and seemed extra irritated because I only had the address to the home and not the name of the property. I learned later it was called “boots” I literally gave her all my info and she never came back to the phone to assist. We weren’t brought sheets or extra blanket until the following day after I called back and spoke to someone else. If you’re on a budget then cool, but I believe you can stay somewhere better & cleaner for same price range.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024We had a few concerns. There was a problem with the furnace that caused water to leak in the kitchen and garage. Maintenance attempted to fix this issue, but I was not fixed. We could not find the remote to the front garage door. The dryer was not drying the clothes properly. We went to a laundry mat. The did fixed the loose bed and brought a fire stick that was missing grime one of the rooms. We had to buy face towels and we left them at the property. Other than the mention concerns, we had a great stay. They made sure to address all concerns that we called about. I will book again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023The property was filthy, the queen bed quoted was a full mattress, trash cans pilled over with trash and maggots, broken shower door, puke on the bathroom walls, toenail clippings on the floors, rolls of laundry paper for drapes, nails on the wall with missing or mis-sized artwork… the list goes on and on. We asked for our cleaning fee to be returned at a minimum and Ocean reef is refusing. Please contact us as we’re very disappointed.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023This place came as advertised. You will have to walk to the private beach access (about 10 minutes) so you might want to rent a golf cart or have 1 person drive and drop-off everyone and then they can return on foot by themselves. Air conditioning works great. I would recommend more seating on the back porch, and 2/4 bicycles that came with the property didn’t have working seats. I would definitely go back!

Stayed May 20, 2023This place is clean and only about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. The only issue was that the oven is old and doesn't heat up properly which messed up a meal we were preparing. Stove top works fine.

Stayed Apr 13, 2023The home was very nice and spacious. We would have preferred if the grass was cut and some of the towels were dirty ; however we were able to wash them!! Overall great home to stay in!
