Boomer, as the name suggests, is located right on Boomer Beach's doorstep in popular Port Elliot and welcomes your outside pet! An easy stroll has you shopping the boutique shops in Port Elliot, enjoying a meal at The Hotel Elliot or the Royal Family, a tasty treat from the Port Elliot Bakery and the pristine Horseshoe Bay. Panoramic sea views from the open plan living/dining area and two of the bedrooms.

Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

    The proximity and view of the beach was amazing. An added bonus was seeing the Cockle Train pass by.

    The property is a perfect location opposite Bommer beach, nice views walking distance from local bakeries, breakfast venues & Pt Elliot hotel. We used the oven to cook on the first night to discover the rangehood not working so we opened the cupboard above the rangehood to discover it unplugged, so we plugged the power cord in and the light was operational, but no fan... as a result, the fire alarms went off, etc..  a long story short and going without power for a couple of hours, the Rangehood was faulty, we needed the services of the property managers who were very responsive & professional in their approach who were required to come to the house to provide a temporary solution. They were exceptional managing this inconvenience and potential fire hazard. Hope the Rangehood is repaired asap to make the next stay a less eventful for future holiday makers...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient quiet location close to a beach possibly more a surfers beach, but a quick drive to Horseshoe bay. The views across the ocean were excellent and in a location to see lights of Victor.

Then the outside front deck was great for afternoon relaxation with a book! Clean property and it suited our family of 4 adults and 2 kids.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental at 4 Railway Terrace, PORT ELLIOT is in a great location over-looking the sea beautiful views. The location is great. House is an older house that is looking tired and in need of a updated kitchen cupboards and appliances. There has been attempt to modernise the kitchen by replacing the old bench top with a new one but the kitchen cupboards don't close properly, cheap method would be to replace the doors and handles and have them realigned to shut properly. The bathroom could do with a new cabinet and the bedroom have no air conditioning/ heating. Advice to make stay more comfortable in hot weather would be to install some decent ceiling fans.Our booking was for 6 people nut the kitchen table and outdoor setting only supplied 5 seats?The house was tidy on the benchtops, floors and the oven was sparkling clean.Unfortunately the listing states no dogs inside but the floor mat in the lounge is covered in dog hair, we rolled this up and put it out on first viewing. All the chair legs, skirting boards were covered in dust and dog hair. House could do with a really good spring clean. The vacuum supplied has very poor suction for when we cleaned on leaving the premises.There is lots of potential in this property if the above can be completed. The kitchen table and legs are rusty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a few days away with our kids in Port Eeliiot, the location of the house was just perfect! Close to the Strand and Main Street. The sounds and smell of the ocean were magic. Waking up to clear bright views of the ocean and watching the sun set across Victor Harbour was amazing and we got gorgeous photos. The house itself is immaculate, from perfect gardens to clean carpets and beds. Perfect holiday! We will be back when we can!
