*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

    We enjoyed our stay, the amenities and essentials were readily avaliable for the unit. The decor was basic but all the essentials were in the unit. The deck was a great view of Lagoon and provided a comfortable area to relax and enjoy coffee or just the fresh air. Pier 33 grocery store is next door and provides wonderful quick access to essential missed on an early grocery run. A bit more costly but great for that extra bit of milk or bread or the breaking donuts.A big drawback for us returning to this particular unit was the intense mildew smell on arrival. The host sent the cleaning staff to take a look at the issue and make an attempt to resolve the issue. They attempted cleaning of bathroom a vent and provided some lysol spray. We opened the doors to air out, but the smell remained through our stay and was immediately recognized by our guests invited over for a meal. The air vent was new and there was no obvious water damages, but something is hidden and needs a resolution to remedy that smell. Our biggest concern was a child with asthma and we accommodated that with neighboring family staying in same complex without the smell of mildew. We love the area and have stayed in four different units at Spinnaker Pointe over the past 10 years even staying at a three of those units on multi visits with great satisfaction. We hope further remedy is provided to this lovely space to provide safe accommodation in the future. Let us know if remedied. We may put unit backin list

    This is our third time staying at this location. They are always clean and this is the first year we had any maintenance issues. Which they resolved immediately. It’s walking distance to the gift shops and the hangout so no need to pay for parking. Nice view of the lagoon off the balcony.

    My stay was excellent. The location was right across the street from the beach and steps away from the pool. Service was exceptional. It there was an issue it was resolved immediately. The only downside was that you are only provided one roll of toilet paper and one roll paper towels. There are onsite grills and we even received a beach essentials credit. Amazing place… We will definitely book again.

    The place was a great stay. Condo was clean and came with all the necessities needed! The King bedroom mattress is very loud and I would wake up our baby getting in and out of the bed all night and the beach access is public beach access. It is a good little walk to get to the boardwalk out to the beach especially if you have a 2 month old and a lot of things to carry. The closest paid parking is very small and fills up quickly.

    Bunch of guys golfing so just was there in the evenings. All we had time for a little TV and a place to sleep. Had a good time. Only complaint s we had was that there were no trash bags, no dish towels, and not enough wash clothes and towels

    One of the main things that stopped me from giving full stars was that the unit was not cleaned well at all. There were food crumbs on the counter by the fridge, food in one of the dining room chairs, under the couch bed was filthy with trash and other things and the master bedroom had a bottle cap and paper under it. If you are outsourcing the cleaning, you may want to hire someone else who will actually clean the unit! Also, the BBQ grill that was listed in the add needs to be better explained since we brought food to be cooked on a grill thinking it was included right with our unit, only to find out it was a shared one no where near our unit. The unit was a great size for the family we brought and the kids loved the bunk beds.

    We were walking distance to all of the local things we wanted to do! We were a quick walk away from the beach. The pool is viewable from the deck and you can see the water from both spots! The house was clean, ready for us, and was easy to get in and out of when we needed to come and go. If you have kids, I would bring scooters for the walk to things!

    This is a very nice place to stay. Very comfortable !! Close to everything! Easy access. Nice pool. Communication was top notch. Thank you very much for making our stay Awesome!!! We had a great family vacation stay! Highly recommend!!!
