Aspen Creek is a single-story home that sits on tree-lined grounds with views of the Sherwin Mountains through walls of picture windows and an enclosed patio. During the winter the back porch is stacked with firewood, which may affect views.

In the living room, a sectional sofa with a chase lounge and 2 armchairs faces a wood-burning fireplace and large-screen SmartTV for relaxed evenings after a day on the mountain.

As guests of Aspen Creek, you’ll enjoy access to the community swimming pool and hot tub steps away from your door. Guests also have 2 reserved underground parking spaces—ideal for snowy weather.

In the winter, walk to nearby Eagle Lodge to catch first tracks, then take the ski-in trail directly back to the condo. In the summer, hop on the Mammoth Lakes Town Loop for a leisurely bike ride, or drive less than 5 minutes to one of 2 area golf courses.

    The accommodations were great and walkable to Eagle Lodge. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses and utensils, the beds were comfortable, the living/dining room had enough seats for 6 and included a wood burning fireplace, and there were 2 covered parking spaces. I will definitely look at renting this unit again the next time I visit Mammoth.

    This condo was perfect for our small family. There was plenty of room for all us to feel comfortable. Not only was there enough space, but the sofa, chairs and beds were very comfortable. We were impressed with how clean the unit was. You can tell they pay attention to details!

    We stayed at this Natural Retreats property for 5 nights in May 2023 and it was the perfect spot for a spring ski trip. The condo is HUGE, very well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice beds + quality bedding, stocked with toiletries and kitchen goods, super hot water with great water pressure, very comfortable furniture overall, lots of room to spread out, and a large enclosed balcony space to store gear. The unit also gets a ton of natural sunlight! The communication with the property managers was also superb. Very quick to respond and answer the few Qs we had. The only watch outs are: - If you're going in spring, the lift within walking distance is likely going to be closed. The main lodge and other open chairs were a short drive (10 minutes) so not a big deal, but good to know if you're hoping for more of a ski in/out vibe - The WiFi, depending on # of guests and what you're doing. We had 5 people trying to do Zoom calls, download videos, etc. and it got a little spotty at times. - The underground parking garage for this unit has a 6'6 clearance. It was perfect for our vehicle but our friends have a larger RV that was at least 2 feet too tall! There is plenty of outdoor guest parking but just be aware that a taller vehicle will not fit underground. 10000% would go back to this spot for future trips! 10 out of 10.
