Bonny Beach House - Accommodation with Pool 350 Metres To Rainbow Beach

The house was large enough for a big family and had everything we needed.

Had a great time . Was well equiped had everything we needed in the kitchen . Fitted our family of 8 in very easy would satay here again as its in a great spot

Reviewer Comments: Aside from access issues on our arrival, which were taken care of by the real estate we had a very enjoyable stay. I would suggest advising renters of gardeners/pool maintenance people coming during their stays if applicable. We were holidaying with our dog and were caught a bit of guard with the gardener just entering the property without confirming with us that they were there. The home is very comfortable with heaps of room and the location was perfect with the beach at the end of the road.

Beautiful little spot just a 100m walk away from the beach! Was perfect for our stay there, did have provide your own linens however that was fine. However there was minimal cleaning products including spray and wipes fyi. Pool was fantastic and we spent lots of time on the back deck. Will be back soon!

The property was situated a short walk from the beach, surf house and coffee shop. Nice quiet area. The outside pool area was run down and needs some work but overall didn’t affect our stay. It was fully fenced for pets. House had everything you need inside and was near and tidy. Having to supply your own linen was a bit of a pain. Overall though it was a nice spot to stay ?

Lovely area.Only one issue that is serious, in my opinion, feedback for the property owner. The stairs are dangerous, inside and out. Rails must be installed. Accessibility is always a big issue, this place is not accessible, I get it. But these stairs are dangerous for those of us who can use stairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great size home and good location, close to the beach. Our only issue is that advertising of air conditioning was misleading. There was only 1 split aircon system upstairs in the lounge room wall didn’t really cool down anything, no air conditioning in the bedrooms or downstairs. So I wouldn’t advertise the property as air conditioned personally. Thankfully was not too hot when we stayed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

We have stayed at this property before and rebooked looking forward to another good stay. Halfway through our stay the washing machine started playing up and continually beeped not allowing me to select a wash cycle. I worked out through much frustrating trial and error that if I unplugged it for a couple of hours the fault would reset and I could wash a load. We are a family of 6 so the washing is considerable and certainly not what i wanted to make the focus of my stay. The dryer also was not drying clothes, even after 3 150min cycles which was not an issue until it started raining. The upstairs AC does not work either, just blows room temp air no matter what setting it is on. We reported all these issues after trying to sort them out ourselves, on the Monday of our second week. I was condescendingly told that AC and dryers were non essential items, and that they would see if their appliance man could come see the washing machine as a priority. He made contact with me the next day and was great to deal with, he reported to the real estate that both the washing machine and dryer needed to be replaced. The air con was never inspected so should be removed from being advertised on the listing. No one from the real estate got in touch with me so I rang on the Thursday. I requested compensation but as yet have heard nothing. We are farmers from the bush and not whingers, never given a bad review. They should update the listing and the real estate could be better to deal with.

There was absolutely nothing in the house!(no basic essentials eg..coffee, tea etc) not even toilet paper!Where bugs throughout the property. The biggest cluster of bugs was on one of the light switches.
