Enjoy dinner in the dining area, a cup of coffee in the breakfast nook, watch a movie, or read a book in the spacious living room. Relax in the private back yard on the back patio & wind down at night under the stars with a backyard campfire (note: fire pit available seasonally; not available during no-burn season due to fire risk). This home was remodeled with sustainability in mind: from reuse of historic materials during the remodel; to the environmentally-rated kitchen appliances; sustainable paper products & soft & comfortable bamboo sheets on the bed. A lot of love and energy went into making it a magical place to call home. Take the time to slow down, enjoy small town charm and taste a glass of spectacular Washington wine.

-Signed Guest Renter Agreement required to finalize all bookings.
-No pets allowed.
-No smoking or vaping inside, or around the property, including back yard.
-Maximum occupancy of property: 2 guests, including any and all adults, children & infants.
-NOTE: This home is not suitable for children as child proofing or child safety measures are not in place.
-Guests to follow Walla Walla County mandated burn-bans; Guests to not leave any fire unattended at any time.
-Guests to follow Walla Walla quiet hours: 9pm-8am (Sunday thru Thursday) & 10pm-8am (Friday & Saturday).
