The space
Step into a bright, airy, and brand-new casita designed to be a clean, simple, and comfortable haven for your stay. The open-plan livingspace is filled with natural light, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

Inside, you will find:

• A fully-equipped kitchen with a modern island and two stools.
• A cozy living room with a comfortable loveseat.
• A tranquil, air-conditioned bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.
• High-speed fiber optic internet for work or streaming.

Outside, enjoy your private oasis:

• A secluded patio with lounge chairs and a hammock, surrounded by a lush tropical garden.
• A side yard with an outdoor dining table and a large umbrella, perfect for al fresco meals.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire casita, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area. You will also have your own private patio with a hammock and lounge chairs, as well as a private outdoor dining area. The only shared space is the parking area, which may be used by guests (up to 2) staying in the other small house on the property.

Safety First:
The bungalow is equipped with a Carbon Monoxide & Smoke Detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for your peace of mind. In addition, the home is equipped with a Whole-Home Surge Protector that is active on every outlet.

Stay Connected:
High-speed Wifi is available throughout the property, including the patio. We have 2 internet providers to minimize the chances of a WiFi outage and, since power outages happen more frequently in this part of the country, they are both on battery backup to keep them going for a while even in the event of a power outage.

Housekeeping:
Optional housekeeping services are available during your stay for an additional fee. Please inquire if you are interested in this service.

Property Layout:
Please be aware that there is another one-bedroom house on the same property. Your casita, patio, and outdoor spaces are completely private. The only shared amenity is the parking area.
