Stayed Dec 31, 1969Easy access to home, ample parking, two TV rooms and a large game room in the back of the house. Very comfortable. First impression was somewhat meh due to unkempt yard and dated furnishings. But we quickly got past that and enjoyed our stay. I rated a three star but would give 3 1/2 due to the outside appearance and the dated furnishings. Thank you for offering your home.

Stayed Feb 7, 2022We had a wonderful time at this perfectly appointed home. They had everything you would need to be comfortable. Great to find a few small beach chairs and beach toys and the game room is fun for all. There is a charcoal bbq that we were happy to find. The location is great for walking and biking and the preserve right down the road is great to explore. Very close to boat ramp and Jug Creek marina! A few issues arose but were handled and communication with Marilyn was timely. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place was clean and bug free! I hate bugs so I was on high alert and to my delight, the only ones I found were dead caterpillars and even at that it was only 2! We loved the space it gave us to have individual time, the game room for family time and Xfinity to allow us to watch our favorite movies and programs. It’s close to the beautiful Bokeelia dock. There we saw gorgeous sunsets and a school of dolphins. Some even showed off by soaring through the air. The house was close enough to beaches, fishing and shopping but remote enough to get away from the hussle and bustle of our normal crazy lives. We loved both Pine Island and Matlacha. Definitely a great destination for your next getaway.
