Stayed Feb 9, 2026The VRBO was in a perfect location with a great dock across the street overlooking a lovely Bay Area. It felt remote and quiet while still being near everything we could want to access. The ping-pong table was a bonus that we all enjoyed. It was wonderful having bikes and kayaks at our disposal, though one of the bikes had no brakes. We really all enjoyed our stay here! The pool was icy cold so I’m guessing it’s not heated and there was no table with an umbrella as is pictured but there were four wonderful zero gravity, lounging chaises that were well enjoyed Parts of the house could use a little love but mostly it’s some outside stuff. Overall, the layout was perfect for us and gave us each our space with a great gathering place in the center. Kitchen was well appointed, but could use sponges. Otherwise it had all the tools you needed to cook. There were four of us, so it was very cute that the table was set for four as was the breakfast bar when we arrived.There was also a fireplace, but we weren’t sure how to use it and there were no instructions in the Guide. I guess there had been a hot tub but the hurricane took it out hence the ping-pong table in its place.Overall, it was a great day and we would stay there again.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024This is our 2nd trip to this home and it's a great location for access to Charlotte Harbor fishing and beaches. Convenient docking and beautiful pool! We will be back next year.

Stayed May 31, 2024We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Lots of bikes and kayaks to use if you are in to that. The dock was great. It’s across the street with easy access to open water and fishing. We loved coming in off the boat to enjoy the fresh clean pool everyday. We will definitely stay here again.
