They did a great job, gave us a noon check out upon request. That was helpful since we had a late night the night before.

Space and bedrooms were great! Outside could've used a little cleaning up but it was right after winter so I'm sure that will get done. The host was great for communicating about any questions and the check in process. If I ever get back to KC I'd stay here again!

Absolutely exceptional host and amenities! Next time we are in Kansas City, we will absolutely stay at this location. We traveled with two small children and everything was not only as described, but the accommodations also made it seamless for us as a family. 10/10!

The home was inviting. Loved that all the bedrooms had king beds. The kitchen was well appointed. The yard does need some attention with multiple branches down. A front porch light would be nice to have to light up entry. Also, some of the couches were not very comfortable. Overall, a very nice home with lots of room.

Cozy Christmas with family in KC. House had all we needed for a great family gathering. Enjoyed having the two living areas/family rooms so we could spread out. Nice large kitchen for cooking together. Great Overland Park location. Amber is responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

The house was wonderful. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. 4 bedrooms were plenty of space. The house condition was everything we expected. The entire house has been remodeled in recent years, so everything was in new condition. There was plenty of seating space for all of us whether watching 1 of 2 big screen TV's in either the living room or the downstairs family room, or our private TV's in our rooms. The owners were absolutely terrific to work with. They were extremely well organized in all of the communications we received. Telling us what to do regarding different aspects of the house or just giving us check-in, check-out instructions to make it easy to leave the house whenever we went out exploring. Last but no least is the fact that the house is in a perfect location, with easy access to Metcalf DR. were there are so many services: Restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, ETC. Suffice it to say, we had a great visit to Kansas City, and this house was a significant part of that enjoyment.

Enjoyed the house. Front door lock was a pain to get it to lock. Would have been nice to know that the living room TV power is controlled by a wall switch. Did not appreciate only one towel per person for 3 days.

Just as described, great kitchen for entertaining, fully stocked & we enjoyed the complimentary coffee! Clean & comfy beds, we would stay again when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful home. We enjoyed the extra touches- plenty of towels, dish pods, soap, coffee creamer, etc. it made the stay stress free and enjoyable!

The house was clean and neat. Perfect for a family staycation.

Clean, nice location, nice size for family of 3 couples with two children and three dogs. 15 - 20 minute drive to Arrowhead and also to downtown locations. All transactions were smooth and professional, including timely refund of pet deposit.

Our stay was perfect for a family get together. The home was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals for the entire family. We enjoyed both living areas and kitchen to hang out and play games. We appreciated every room having a king bed and how clean all spaces of the home are kept. I would highly recommend this home.

Loved the layout of this home: it provided plenty of room and privacy for 2 adult couples and 2 young children. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, essential for young children) and 2 sitting/living rooms, everyone was very well accommodated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and plenty of pillows. The kitchen was well laid out with lots of counter space and large table. We will definitely book this home again should we visit Overland Park in the future!

Clean property, great use of bedroom space, and appreciated the small touches that you don't think about when traveling (fans, extra towels, spices in the kitchen). Owner was very reaponsive with questions and accomadated an early check-in. Would stay with her properties again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful VRBO-Boho Beauty for four nights, and I can’t recommend it enough! The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures, which is always a plus. One of our favorite features was the open kitchen concept. The island with chairs created a perfect space for family meals and gathering. There was ample room for everyone to hang out, with a comfy couch downstairs that provided a cozy area for my son and his kids to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were delightfully soft, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for everyone. Additionally, the water pressure in the showers was great, making for refreshing morning routines. The standout aspect of our stay was Amber- She was an excellent communicator, always available to answer any questions and made the entire experience seamless. Overall, this VRBO-Boho Beauty was a fantastic choice for our family getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We stayed over Thanksgiving..the house was perfect for our family. The house looks like the pictures- nicely decorated! Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed having two family rooms to space out. This home was comfortable for our family reunion. With bedrooms and separate bathrooms forguests, The group found the home very comfortable. The fence backyard was also good for dogs.

My husband and I took our 3 adult children to the KC area and stayed here. The floor plan was great and everyone appreciated having King sized beds. There were ample dishes available and plenty of seating for the 5 of us. The location was perfect, close to everything.

We had a house in Olathe as a second home. Decided to sell as we lived out of state. Had cleaned most of the house out but needed 5 more days to complete the process. I found this house (so much more comfortable than a hotel!!) that was perfect. Just felt like a “home”. Updated, convenient, and quiet. All the “little things” were provided! Very clean! We plan to stay here when we come up to visit friends and family! So glad we found it!

This is one of the best stays we have had in the KC area, and we travel in alot. The separation of bedrooms and livings space is optimal for my family. The place feels like an actual home. Very functional, safe, and good quality. We would be happy to stay here again!

We were in town for a week long baseball tournament so needed a place that felt like home and this was it! Very cute and nice family neighborhood and the house was clean with all the essentials (especially a washer/dryer for baseball clothes) and a lot of space. The downstairs living room couches were very comfortable. Highly recommend and the owners were very communicative and responsive.

This property was very clean and pet friendly. It's right in the middle of Overland Park where its easy access to Oak Park Mall and several restaurants.

The home was just lovely! Recently renovated, nicely decorated, well stocked with nice quality items. (Soaps, linens, etc). It was a great place for couples, being the bedrooms each had comfortable king bed. Quite neighborhood.

We used the house for a week while we were in town for a softball tournament. Worked great, not to far from mid America Sports Complex, easy drive. Nice updates inside. Beautiful kitchen. Plenty of stuff close by.
