Boho 4BR Retreat | Heated Pool + Spa + Tiki Bar

The house was not clean. The carpets and couches were very stained, the floor was not swept. After we used the bath mat and wiped the floor of water from the shower the towel was black. The shower in the master bath was full of grime and hair. The kitchen had no kitchen cooking supplies. I think the management company should be held responsible.

I don't use Vrbo very often, so I was probably a bit high maintenance to the hosts - however, they were very easy to get a hold of and responded each time almost immediately which was super helpful. The house was clean and well maintained, very comfortable spot. I would certainly stay with these hosts again.

Everything about this home was a “10”. Such a beautiful place with lots of room. Back area with pool was fantastic and the Cabana was much larger than we thought. Very nice eating outdoors or just chilling Management team very responsive. Can’t say enough about the entire experience

Overall this was a good stay. But I was not happy that the pool wasn't heated and required a 75 fee per night to heat it. I feel like for what I was paying (a lot) that should have been included. That was really disappointing. Also the house isn't very well stocked with kitchen supplies and there are not enough hand towels or shower towels at all.

Communication and cleanliness was good. Very few amenities for a group of 8 adults. Missing instructions for managing hot tub and pool water feature. Misc broken furniture and debris pilled in garage, not ideal.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this gem of a house. The backyard was an oasis and we spent quite a bit of time relaxing and enjoying the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown Gilbert.

We stayed here for a 3 day golf trip. It’s perfect for a 4 some since we each had our own bedroom. The hot tub was also really nice after a long day of golfing. Would definitely recommend!

Overall wonderful trip with the exception of daily text to host for pool and hot tub temps. Be prepared for frustration over temperatures of hot tub

We decided to take a little staycation for the end of summer and this house did not disappoint. We had everything we needed to grill, cook and relax by the pool in this beautiful backyard which was perfectly fenced in for our dog to join us worry free. Highly recommend staying here. The management team was incredibly responsive and attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice but could have been cleaned a little better. The pool was great, but the water feature wasn’t able to be used. The master gets warm in the evenings so a ceiling fan could be a nice add! But overall, this was a nice house!!

Property had a good layout, well maintained and as advertised. The host was quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! Only downsides were ‘meh’ mattresses, missing fan controllers, and a lot of dust hiding everywhere. But with a fair price, the quality of the neighborhood, great house layout, and most spectacularly THE BACKYARD OASIS, we found it well worth those small inconveniences. The owners were also very attentive when we notified them the fridge filter was expired, they overnighted a new one immediately and even offered to comp us for ice & water bottles we’d purchased. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this house again on future trips to AZ!
