Stayed Jun 27, 2024Home was clean, cozy, clearly taken care of, and there is a lot of family friendly activities within a short driving distance (no more then 30 min). My only complaint, if you can even call it that, is that the bathroom doorway is roughly 8 inches to a foot shorter then the rest of the doorways in the home. This will likely not be a problem for 95%of people but I am 6' 10 and this difference resulted in me hitting my head roughly 6 to 8 times (can't remember the exact number; hitting your head will do that) over the course of our stay. I am very much aware that this is a me problem, everything else was excellent and well deserving of 5 stars.

Stayed Sep 11, 2023Cute property. Functional. Nice size yard. Enjoyed the back deck and front porch a lot, being an outdoor person. Well stocked with whatever you need. Entertainment room was a good idea and setup well. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Eager to please. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jan 27, 2023This beautiful little house is a gem in Kannapolis. Plenty of space for a family with lots of amenities. They had coffee and tea of all sorts and plenty of towels which I love. Also it was so convenient to our family nearby, which was important to us. Even though it's an older home everything has been updated including the heating which we were happy for because it was so cold outside during our visit!

Stayed Nov 23, 2022Our family stayed at this property over Thanksgiving whole visiting people in the area. We could not have been more pleased with the comfort and location of this home. The parks in the area are superior to anywhere in the east coast I've ever seen. We were able to cook our normal Thanksgiving feast with the equipment in the kitchen, and excellent beds for all. Thankful for the laundry and projector tv to watch the Macy's Day Parade! Thank you so much!
