Interesting layout of unit. Living room on second floor. We really enjoyed our stay paneer addressed any concerns immediate with all owners were as accommodating we would definitely stay there again

Great location super close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The property manager Vance was very accommodating. He gave us a walk through of the place when we checked in and explained everything thoroughly. He also proved a great list of local restaurants and attractions. Really appreciated that he let us stay longer in check out day because nobody had rented the unit for that day. Super nice people.

Hosts very helpful and home was as portrayed

We really enjoyed our time here. We were in town for a wedding and our ability to have such easy access to the beach and a heated pool and our own outside space - truly helpful. Our schedule do not allow for cooking and meal prep as we expected, but restaurants literally right out the back gate made grabbing a bite easy. Parking space was incredibly helpful. Beds were very comfy and beach towels and chairs provided were helpful. The beach chairs were a bit beat up. It is probably the only thing that we were surprised by. Vance is a very attentive host and made all of this very easy.

Location is prime, house has lots of room, private pool was great and host was helpful.

We loved our stay! We were in town for tennis tournaments and this house was perfect and so close to the beach. Vance greeted us even though we arrived after midnight. We will definately be back!

We had a nice time. Vance was very accommodating and hospitable. He even was nice enough to mail us some items back to us as it was left in error. Nice place...loved the pool and great location. There were iguanas near the pool and that was cool to see. We cant wait to come back again in the future. The kids talk anout how much fun they had! Thanks again Vance. Highly recommend...

Great place to stay. Great location. Close to everything. 5 min walk to beach, 12 minute drive to FAU. Tons of beach chairs and towels available. Host was great and easy to communicate with. Plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Right across the street from the beach, and the private pool is exactly what we wanted. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Vance was a great host and helped with anything we needed. Even bought and put together a beach wagon for us before arrival. Definitely recommend!

Thank goodness for the prime location because this townhome was so poorly kept up that it reminded me of a fraternity house. The downstairs bedrooms were too crowded with multiple sized beds, dressers with broken drawers, dust & dirt everywhere, mold in the shower. There were no toiletries, paper towels, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, dish soap, etc.. The upstairs balcony was filthy. The pool photos are deceiving - it's not really behind the townhouse; it's outside the owners' house which is very strange. Luckily we had good weather and spent most days at the beach.
