Bob's Bach by the Beach

Amazing location, easy communication & we were allowed to check in early, awesome place

The location was great

Good family bach a few minutes away from the beach by foot and Dairy nearby. Open plan kitchen lounge patio flow which was great for meals in. Kitchen very well set up for china and pans etc. unfortunately the outdoors pizza oven was well weathered & rusty

Lovely relaxed property, awesome location walk to beach or Blackies. Great deck area, well-stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Great bedding configuration.

Excellent location and would be great in the summer

The house was well equipped and was the perfect location for our family of 6.

Had an amazing stay at Bob’s Batch. House and outside area is really good and met all our families needs. Very close to the beach and short walk to the beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend Bobs Batch

everything we needed was there, with plenty of drawers in the kitchen except that there were no extra bin bags to use. There was mention that there were beach towels but none were found.

Lovely week in the last of the summer sun

Another lovely holiday at Whangamata. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything is always clean. Much appreciated! There's plenty of fridge space. The beds are comfortable, although without a fan or air conditioning it was too hot to sleep some nights. It's great having two bathrooms! Good water pressure in the shower but it swings between very hot and freezing cold. Also, one of the showers smells as though there's a leak underneath it. The big kitchen table is awesome for laying out a puzzle and playing board games. The close proximity to the beach is a huge plus! Because the decking and path are made of timber that's been nailed down rather than screwed down we had to dodge raised nail heads - even though we hammered them back down. In the heat they pop straight up again. I would consider it a hazard for anyone in bare feet - especially little children. Also, it would be nice if there was some sort of shed/garage to store our bikes and boogie boards when we're not using them. But we always thoroughly enjoy our holidays here - this is the third time we've stayed here. It suits us well. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us! We very much appreciate it!

Lovely spacious open plan Bach with superb indoor/outdoor flow. Short walk to town and the beach is at end of road. Block down to surf club.Enough space outside for our dog to run around too. Only issue we had was in relation to our small dog: had to block access to the front gate (where another vacationer already noted deep space underneath gate) and also side wooden fence which is damaged/has gaps where a smallish inquisitive dog (such as mine ) could definitely escape. Superb Bach and location which suited our family perfectly. Will definitely rebook and recommend!

A fantastic property in an amazing location.

A fabulous holiday at Whangamata for our extended family. This is a great bach in a great location that comes with everything you could ever want.

Lovely bach for a group of six adults and a dog. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen for Christmas day cooking. Fully fenced, however, there is a small space beneath the gate that small dogs could sneak under. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Would happily stay here again!

4 couples away for the weekend. Great house, plenty of room Highly recommend :)

The house is perfect for an extended family group..4 bedrooms, 2 showers and great indoor/outdoor flow .. amazingly well equipped..the toy boxes in the front bedroom were a hit! The house is just a block away from the beach in one direction and Blackies for great coffee, in the other. Hayley was quick to respond to our communication and resolve a confusion we had about rubbish collection and recycling..information on the listing was quickly updated. A great place to stay..highly recommend

My family and I had a fantastic time. The place was clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of beds and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus.

Perfect for family &/or group! Location couldnt be any better, walking distance to beach and town.

Awesome bach for a weekend with mates, totally enjoyed it and the ability to walk into town and fall to the beach!
