Boater’s Paradise | Unmatched Water Views

We spent a lovely two weeks at this property on Marco Island along with our adult children and granddaughter. The home was so well equipped with everything we needed. We brought our boat and loved how easy getting out to the Gulf was. The heated pool was very much appreciated after a days at the beach and on a few chilly days. It was the perfect vacation home.

big very clean just some things need to me fixed shade in bedroom. Lock on one slider and from door needs to be fixed. Grooming out side and in pool area could look a lot better and ceiling and screen in pool area need to look better. Other then these minor problems great location and a lot of space. Very clean.

Reviewer Comments: The property is good because I has a canal in the back and is big but the there are a couple of areas that need to be upgrade including the pool, the pool that has leak and causes the water lever to drop and makes the pool green because it looses all the chemicals very fast.

We had a wonderful experience at the Boater's Paradise! Upon our early arrival we walked into a spotless and roomy house. The house was bigger than expected and both family rooms had large walls of windows that opened completely. This was my best feature and i loved how it brought the fun from the pool into the house and kitchen! We highly recommend this place and would stay here again! What is a meaningful review if you don't mention the good with the bad .. We had 1 or 2 issues that were taken care of within hours of mentioning them to the rental place... they were on top of their game! If I must note a few things that could be improved on - but really did not effect the enjoyment of the stay - they would be ...1) Some lights out and needed replacement which I found in the closet of the laundry room. 2) Many of the light switches are not labeled or do not control anything... 3) pool was warm and we would have liked to turn it down a little but didn't know how.4) better grill utensils would be nice 5)some baking sheets would be nice too! We really had a wonderful time... beds were very comfortable, quality sheets and pillows. Lots of room for games, double refrigerators for drinks, nice fans and patio furniture too !

Great location great size for large group.

Being able to wake up and drink coffee on the dock and getting to enjoy the water, seeing dolphins, iguanas, and so much more was the best vacation I've had in a while. This home had all the necessities we needed. The location was perfect for the cruises we took on the ocean and store runs we needed to go on.

First of all the service from Marco Island vacation properties was amazing! They went out of their way to find a solution to our boat trailer parking dilemma. They were always fast to answer questions. The house is a great location! Perfect for fast access to the gulf for fishing, no bridges. Also great central location to shopping and restaurants. Although not as modern as some rentals, the house was immaculate, and very well equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful view and able to see our boat at all times. Big kitchen with all the amenities. Comfortable beds and pillows. Even extra blankets to use while watching tv. We have booked many vacation properties that were more modern but not as well maintained or comfortable. We would definitely rent this property again!! Great value!!
