Sitting no more than 100m from the pristine beaches of North Lorne and a flat 900m walk to shops, BluView offers guests the highly sought after experience of walking back from the beach without breaking a sweat.
Modern by design the home is set across two storeys. On entry, three spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), and laundry fill out the lower level. Upstairs has a bright open plan taking in stunning water views plus a powder room. Slightly offset to the main lounge is a second living zone or kids hideout. This space features a sofa lounge (sleeps 1 extra) plus 2 arm chairs , games & CD player and can be sectioned off from the main living. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped for culinary delights.
BluView is a bright and airy home and features include reverse cycle air conditioning, smart TV, garage with remote control operation, and a sense of serenity amongst modern beach living. For a memorable family holiday, BluView awaits.
Pets are welcome but strictly outside.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We loved our get away at this stunning house with incredible ocean views. A brilliant few days in a brilliant house. Would stay there again!
We had a lovely stay at this property but it was advertised as pet friendly. We were told under no circumstances was the dog to enter the house. The outdoor area was not under cover so there was no where for our dog to stay. This was the only negative as the house was great and very comfortable. Please re classify re pets thanks
Wonderful place for a family holiday - is not far from the town centre ( short few minute drive or 20 minute walk along the beach ). Clean tidy and great views. Great for keeping a pet outside with a secure small backyard to keep the dog with us too, and the location is handy to the dog beach. No TV reception for Channel 9 so watching Aus Open tennis was difficult. No Wifi. Nice games area, plenty of DVDs. Of course in Lorne - watching the box was not our priority!
We stayed for Christmas away from home and loved the location opposite the dog beach - the house is clean and tidy. The facilities are as expected but could do with a few more platters, and cutlery. Could also do with a decent kitchen bin. The driveway is slopping so parking our boat was tricky would be great if they could level this out.
Well equipped, especially in terms of kitchen utensils and cooking gear, great location for access to the beach and walking into town, and fantastic views. Furniture on both decks is very basic and could do with an upgrade. Master bedroom could do with a king size bed; there's plenty of space.
