Bluffs 10 | Brand new home! Private Pool! 20 Steps to beach boardwalk!

Very nice upscale vacation home. Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for friends to gather and enjoy one another. Easy access to the beach but it's more than 20 steps to the boardwalk from Bluffs 10. We would book again! Maintenance was quick to respond when the elevator acted up after losing electricity due to storms.

Beautiful house!! Very clean. Easy access to the beach. Being so close to a busy intersection created quite a bit of noise. That took some getting used to but it didn’t keep us from having fun!!

Very clean. Very comfortable. Kitchen had many appliances and utensils needed. Close to beach. Pool was great, however, not heated and a bit chilly. Still used it every day. Very close to beach and very close to great restaurant. Only complaint is the traffic noise outside. Still, we had a great time! Thanks so much!!

We had a terrific stay at this spotless, spacious home! It was very easy to walk to the beach, which was clean, wide, and endless. The top floor suite was absolutely perfect. Very comfortable bed with quality linens, a nice sitting area so there’s room to stretch out, a huge closet/dressing room, and a pristine, beautifully finished bathroom with two separate vanities and plenty of space to put all of your belongings. The rest of the bedrooms are on the third floor. They are all perfectly fine, although none of them have much storage space or anywhere to sit other than the bed. The kitchen is gorgeous and has top tier appliances and kitchen tools. Keep in mind, however, that there are no edible pantry items of any kind: not even salt and pepper shakers. You’ll need to bring every ingredient you might want if you plan to do any cooking. I gave the “listing accuracy” 4 stars instead of 5 because it fails to mention that the house sits directly next to a VERY busy 4-lane roadway. The traffic noise is ongoing and makes it impossible to sit out on any of the house’s three lovely decks. Even if there had been no traffic, the decks overlook a large parking lot for the next-door property, so there’s no compelling reason to use them at all.

This is an excellent property in Orange Beach. The house offers a clean environment with high-end appliances for those who enjoy cooking. Private beach access is ideal, especially during the busy season.

The home and all of its amenities were so luxurious. This was a great home for a big group and had everything you would need for any age range. They had a beautiful baby bed and additional dishware available for children. And the elevator was perfect for those unable to use the stairs.

This property was very clean, super close to the beach, and the private pool was fantastic with shade / cover which was great for sunburns and rainy days! The beach is beautiful and not at all crowded, which we loved. Kitchen has new appliances and is very large. There were some basic dishes and utensils but you do need to bring 100% of pantry supplies like spices. It is right across the street from Publix and Walgreens which is super convenient! Lots of bunk beds and bathrooms made it nice for a big family to spread out. We reached out to the host 1 time during our stay and they were so very kind and helpful. We actually ended up adding 2 days to the stay. The only minor con was that it is right on the busy, noisy road. Overall though, our family group of 7 had an amazing, relaxing time and would totally come back!

We had a great time staying here with friends. The house was perfect for all ages - with a small pool, baby gates, a crib, and a fun bunk room. We will be back!

The house was excellent and communication from the mgt team was great. Only two issues - elevator got stuck at midnight; we were told the property had no icemaker & no safety gates. It turns out that they did have these (good), but we brought gates and ladies were stressing about not having tubs. Overall, we loved and look forward to going back
