This 5 star home has a Nautical theme throughout with granite, stainless steel and hardwood floors. This home is an open concept layout with water and beach views from every window. Our home is in a gated community with a pool and hot tub. Our home sleeps 10 and each room has its own bathroom. Another great thing about this home is the location, on the Santa Rosa Sound beach, and is a 5 minute bike ride to the Gulf. We are located about 25 minutes away from Pensacola Beach and 40 minutes

Stayed Jun 2, 2024Enjoyable stay for our family to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Plenty of space to be together, but also places for refuge. Loved that each bedroom had its own bath! Kitchen was awesome! We appreciated all the space on the ground level to keep our outdoor gear. Owner called ahead of check in as a storm had caused flooding in the area. Nice to have a heads up on a potential snag that was resolved by the time we arrived.

Stayed Jun 22, 2023We had the very best time at this condo! It was perfect and just what we needed for our family vacation! There was more than enough room for all of us, a great kitchen, beautiful patios, and garage to keep one of our cars in! There’s a nice shower out back to rinse sand off before going back into condo. It’s just minutes from lots of great restaurants and several accesses to the beach! The owners were amazing to work with and were extremely helpful and kind! We will definitely be looking for this condo when planning our next trip to Florida!
