Great stay- house was wonderful, comfortable and had everything we needed- thank you!

The location of the property can't be beat. The house is small but well equipped with everything we needed. When we arrived the heater wasn't working, but the property manager was very quick to respond and arrived with space heaters and tools to work on the furnace. No luck, but the space heaters kept us warm enough for the first night, and they sent out a repairman the next morning. Small things could be improved - there are almost no hooks for towels, and the primary bedroom mattress was a bit lumpy, but overall we had a great stay.

Great house in a perfect location, walkable to downtown and Old Mill district. The house was clean, and was a good layout for families or friends traveling together (it was just my wife and I this trip, but it was still a great choice). The hot tub was clean and the property is very well kept. Loved the porch swing out front and the seating area out back. We will definitely rent this home again for our next trip to Bend!

Location was amazing. Family that likes to cook was disappointed with the kitchen supplies. Pans are old and on the cheaper side, grill was nice but dirty, and kettle was unsafe and broken. Overall, nice house but Ned’s some updates for the price point.

Great location, classic charming house, easy to check in and out

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with our son that lives in Bend. Our rental was in an excellent location to walk to near by restaurants after a day of skiing.

Location very convenient however more detailed cleaning would have made stay more enjoyable towels needed to be rewashed Cookware provided in very poor condition for a family that enjoys to cook oven not cleaned Check in communication excellent.

Great little house, great location

Excellent location and nice house.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for walking distance to many breweries and restaurants. The bikes in the garage were a hit with our kids and allowed us to ride over downtown Bend and see the beautiful scenery. The accommodations in the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with the items needed. The house was very clean and we had nice parking in the back off the street. We would stay again when we come back to bend. The hot tub was also enjoyable.

Property is nicely located and well stocked. Parking was great. Primary issue was the inadequacy of air conditioning from the portable units ( that were not delineated in the ad. Third bedroom for children was uncomfortable. Kitchen area not adequately cooled from living room. Suggest mini-splits. Also the kitchen table was a bottleneck. It it a large table and the chairs that do not fit under the table made the space very uncomfortable for movement. Did nit try to use spa - so unaffected by the leak discovered by your service man.

This was a perfect place to stay with my husband and 2 boys. It's a great location. We walked everywhere. We loved the breweries close by, Mother's restaurant and the fresh farmers market.
