Blueberry Dune, south Holland close to Saugatuck

Property was great! Loved the firepit outside.House was cozy. Showers were great, overall it was a lovely stay

Great place to stay. Good amenities. However, the house number is very hard to find. Drove past it more than once trying to find the drive way. On the other hand-it is private even on a major street.

Upon walking in it's a fresh looking open space. It's a tri-level, with a a lovely finished basement. It was ideal for my daughter's family who has a baby. They had the whole downstairs to themselves with a large bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms were completely adequate, not huge but not small either. Just average size bedrooms. All the beds were comfortable.Many parks nearby including Saugatuck dune State Park, only a mile and a half. Also convienient store only 1 mile, super helpful!!The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was too hot to use the lovely fire pit. I planned to book for next September so we're able to utilize the porch in the back and the fire pit. It was just not conducive for either one this time. September should help.Thanks for supplying beach towels!!! We will be back next year, perfect house for my family!

Slightly older property located in a great spot! Access to Holland and Saugatuck was 15 min. Picked blueberries grown on site. Very secluded but quick access to main road. Our family would stay there again!

This was the perfect location for us on our trip to a golf tournament. The condo was beautiful, the location was very quiet and peaceful. We were close to our golf destination and Harbor Springs, too. A great time was had by all.

We enjoyed a beautiful stay at this home! Great location, close to the expressway and Saugatuck. Beds are comfortable. Home is well stocked and clean. We used the fire pit several nights. Chairs around the fire pit are very comfortable. Great communication with the property owner. Would absolutely stay again in the future!

Great location. Air conditioner close to back deck was noisy. Had a good stay. House was clean.

Location was great. Easy access to Saugatuck and Douglas. That’s the positive. When we arrived, garbage was overflowing from trash bin in driveway. Not a good first impression. Upon entering the home, it reeked of garbage smell. Upon investigation, after first trying to contact owner, we discovered garbage bags in the attached garage that was connected to the lower level sleeping/ bathroom area. We removed the bags and added them to the overflowing bin in the driveway. We were very disappointed that the owner did not return our messages. Will not return.

Property was great for our stay and the location was close to all activities. Had a lovely time!

Nice house annd perfect for our group. Lots to do in the area.

Everything worked out great. The house has some quirks. The toilet in the basement was out of order the whole time, but other than that everything was in working order.

The place was amazing! My friends and I had a wedding at felt mansion and the location was perfect. Very organized and easy check in process. Would recommend this place to anyone!
