This property is part of Magnolia Overlook! Beautiful view of lake with fire pit and hot tub! Fabulous house with well stocked kitchen, fireplace, towel warmers, every small appliance needed! Comfy bedding! Host was easy to access with questions. We used all the properties included with Magnolia Overlook for Family Thanksgiving Reunion!

By far the best rental home we have ever stayed at. The hospitality was 5 star and they had everything in the house you would need. No need to go out and buy garbage bags, ziplock bags, first aid kit; they had it all. The hosts were easy to contact if we had any problems. They also have a detailed book of places to visit, restaurants, and shopping nearby which was so helpful in planning our stay.

Everything was amazing. The view was beautiful!! It was clean and had everything we needed. We were there for our son's wedding and the property was PERFECT! Everyone was welcoming and helpful.

Blue With a View is exactly that! From the hilltop-perched home, you can see the beautiful lake with hills jutting up on the opposite shore. Sunrises and sunsets were wonderful. The owners thought of everything when designing and furnishing the home. All the comforts of our own home, plus more -- we don't have a heated mirror in our bathroom at home, but BWAV does!! It's a perfect place for 2 families with kids. All the amenities are just a short walk away from the house. Well done, Destinie and Dave! We loved living there for 2 weeks!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway!We had the most amazing stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This was the perfect place to get away with our family for the holiday weekend. We never left the grounds except to grab some more groceries! The house is absolutely beautiful and so well-appointed with everything you could need. The beds were all super comfy, and we loved the bright open kitchen and deck that fit our large family of 8 so well. It was also so peaceful and quiet most of the time, not crowded at all. We enjoyed the pool area and the kayaks out on the lake the most! I will say that the house is on a pretty steep hill, which made it a bit more difficult for my older parents to walk to the pool and lake. And the lake access is actually across the street rather than the house being right on it like we thought. But it's such a short walk, and the road isn't busy at all. It was still a dream of a setup! We want to come back!

If you're looking to disconnect, this is the place to go! The location is beautiful and the house/property amenities are awesome! The kitchen is stocked with all of the essential items you need and more, such attention to detail, it really made staying with the family of 4 little kids less stressful.We all loved the pool and hot tub, the beach walk-in entrance for the pool was awesome for our little kids!The hosts were always available for any needs and were super friendly and overall just amazing!

This is the perfect getaway spot for a family with kids or just looking for a quiet place to escape the hustle and bustle with your significant other!! The property was clean, had anything and everything you would need (besides food), management was wonderful, grounds are beautiful and it’s in a very peaceful setting. We will be back!!

This house is so beautiful and was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The kids loved the pool and the parents loved the quiet time on the porch with the beautiful view. Dave and Destinie are wonderful and so helpful! They have thought of everything you could possibly need or want in this house! We’ve stayed at lots of Vrbo homes and this one by far exceeds them all. From the bedding to the chef’s kitchen and everything in between, it truly was absolutely perfect! We hope to visit again soon!!

We spent 3 nights in blue with a view and had an amazing experience! The house was extremely clean and cozy! It was furnished with everything we needed to cook wonderful family meals and had the perfect outdoor seating to enjoy them! Tons of memories were made and the house and views were amazing!
