Blue Surf 14B- 2bd with gulf views

Great stay!

Property is beautiful well maintained. Great view from our room. Pool is really nice. Pool water was really cold but tolerable, last day heater must have been turned on because it was so hot, like a hot tub couldn’t stand it. No cable tv and listing said you had it. Husband was very upset because it is football season and we couldn’t watch the ballgame. We do not have or don’t know how to stream. We enjoyed our time and memories made. The floors in our room looked clean the kids feet were black.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent. Sitting on the balcony seeing the ocean was so relaxing.

The proximity to the beach and the views from both decks is what sold me on this property- and it didn’t disappoint! The rental was clean and comfortable. Yes, it is slightly outdated when it comes to some things, but none of that bothered us. The only thing we were missing was a dish stainer, we are odd I guess, preferring to wash our dishes by hand instead of using the dishwasher. The washer and dryer was another plus. The rental also came stocked with beach chairs, pool floats, and sand toys for the kids. Our only complaint- if you can call it that- is the pool water was really warm. It was a little hard to cool off when the pool water was like a hot tub. Even still, it was always clean. Another plus was the yard- plenty of room for evening yard games, cooking on the grills, etc. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Check in and out was seamless. Michelle was always very helpful. I could go on and on.

This vacation rental was in the perfect spot. It was directly across from the beach so you could just walk across. Had everything you needed in the condo to cook whatever you chose to cook. The beds were great and the showers worked well. It even had two boogie boards you could use. Fridge stays cold as well as the a/c. Check in and out was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The views of the ocean were spectacular! The location was great and check in was easy. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo itself could use a little attention and some updates. The large front windows to the outside are so blurry you’re unable to see through them. When we arrived the condo smelled like stale cigarettes. After a few days the smell dissipated. The knob to the master bathroom sink falls off when you turn the water on and off. The cable box to the dining room tv was not functioning and would cut in and out. The patio chair on the upstairs patio should be thrown away since it is torn and unable to be used. Consider a new patio set that doesn’t wobble back and forth and is sturdy. The ocean view couldn’t be any better and made it easier to overlook some of the minor flaws of the place. Overall, not a bad place to stay and with a few minor repairs/updates will be better. A solid 3 stars!

Excellent. Loved the proximity to everything.

Unit could use an overall update-everything is old; Sofa bed is not usable to sleep on-had to request an air mattress; King mattress cover has plastic liner & sheets do not fit bed; Air unit has to be set low in order to cool upstairs but downstairs freezes; Curtains have to stay closed upstairs or the room won't cool; if all you want is a place to shower & sleep, it's ok, but don't expect good sleep. Needs lots of refreshing & updating.
