Blue Spruce Guesthouse - Walkable to river trail and downtown Bend

Very clean, well kept property. Hosts were super responsive to questions that I had.

Wonderful apartment—exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and great location to downtown Bend and trails. We only spent one night but hope to be back. Highly recommend!

Clean, cozy and very well equiped and supplied unit. Glen was great and the location was quiet and within walking distance to downtown.

We got there a little late in the evening, and had a short stay on our way to WA state, but this worked out perfectly. The place had a nice comfortable layout, was clean and quiet and had well-stocked amenities. The owners put a lot of thought and care into this property. We would love to stay here again!

The location was centrally located, easy to get downtown or to the river but in a nice quiet area for relaxing and sleeping. The owner's communication was prompt and clear and the unit was well stocked. I would highly recommend staying at the Blue Spruce Guesthouse.

The location is perfect—easy walking to the river trail and to town. We loved the layout of the unit, the furnishings, decor, and attention to detail. There were extra amenities and supplies that we have never had in the numerous VRBO’s we have stayed in. It was over the top! We had the pleasure of meeting Glen and Markay, and it was obvious they took great pride in their unit. Thank you so much

This is a perfect place for a couple, it is a quaint little place in a sleepy neighborhood. No traffic as it is tucked away, the amenities were great, it has everything you would want.We met the owner Glen upon arrival, he was working on his new Sprinter RV, he definitely knew what he was doing when he upgraded this rental, its a great little place!

This place was the perfect spot for myong weekend. Easy access to, nice neighborhood, scenic walking to downtown. It was perfect for one.

This place was a cute, very clean upstairs apt/studio.It had all the essentials you need. Our only dilemma, due to not being familiar with area. We thought we were alot closer to the downtown area. Not an issue to walk but it will take about 45 mins. We were short on time so that option was a no-go for us, However, Uber was our friend and it was not a bad way for us to travel around this cute little town. Uber was quick and prompt, not a bad way to go if you need too.I would totally recommend this place to stay and would come back.

This guesthouse was perfect for 2 adults. Very clean and had everything you’d need in a home away from home. Great location to river, town, stores, and restaurants. Hosts were very accommodating. We’d return!

Wife and I stayed for a long weekend. It was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Great location close to downtown. The bike path along the river is just a couple blocks away. We will absolutely stay here again.
