We loved this cabin. The hot tub with the mountain view, the cozy fire place...close to slopes. Nice furniture and comfy beds.

This house had everything we had hoped for. The scenery was beautiful, the area is so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening and loved seeing the stars at night. The gas range and oven were a little challenging at first, but the instructions were available and easy to understand. Wonderful experience!

The Blue Spruce Cabin is amazing. We had a problem with the fireplace lighting on Thursday afternoon. I could only find an email for the owner and texted her. She responded with the name of the local contact. They both responded immediately and within just minutes the maintenance man arrived to check out the fireplace. He didn’t have an immediate answer, but said to let it sit awhile before reigniting it. That worked like a charm and once again we were able to enjoy the beautiful fireplace. I was very pleased with the speed of the WiFi. A thunderstorm came through and the WiFi never skipped a beat. Our stay was wonderful and highly recommend it to others. I would recommend that house keeping do a good dusting under the beds and window sills. Those are easily overlooked and understand how they can be missed. Maybe just a little closer attention at the deep cleaning details.

The place was lovely and comfortable. The stove/oven was a bit tricky and we needed the instructions which were on the dining table. We loved the hot tub every evening. Several days we saw deer grazing around the property. It was quiet and peaceful which was what we needed. Wonderful place!

This cabin was surrounded by beautiful scenery, from the mountains, to deer walking by, and with numerous tall pine trees with their fresh mountain scent! The cabin itself was very cozy and perfect for my kiddos to run around. We had a lot of fun visiting the surrounding towns, Red River and Taos. Highly recommend!

We loved the cabin, however, there were several things that needed attention. The master bedroom shower handle was broken so we had to use pliers to turn it on. It was hard to get the temperature right doing this. Also, the water pressure in that shower was terrible! The windows int he master bedroom would not open! Since there is no air conditioning, we wanted to open them! The lights in the kitchen were way too dim. We felt like we needed to turn on the lights when they were all on!There in no TV in the second bedroom. There needs to be one in there if you are going to have them in the other bedrooms! The grill was not clean when we went to use it, so we had to clean it before we could use it.The oven was challenging to use. We couldn't get the oven to light sometimes and the burners were also difficult to get to stay lit.The washer stunk like it had soured! We bought some washer cleaner and ran it through the wash cycle twice, but it still stunk pretty bad!The deck, hot tub, and fire pit were great! We used them multiple times while we were there! We would stay at this cabin again, but it would be nice if you could fix all of the above mentioned items!

Blue Spruce was the perfect home base for our family’s ski trip! The home was clean. There were plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen was fully stocked and operational. The hot tub was lovely after a day on the mountain and our kids loved making s’mores in the fire pit. We can’t wait to be back!

The Blue Spruce cabin truly exceeded my expectations. This was our first family trip to Angel Fire, and we were seeking the quintessential cabin-in-the-woods experience, which the property certainly provided. The cabin was exactly as described, offering all of the amenities promised. The view from the back deck was absolutely stunning, and we were fortunate to have deer in the backyard every morning, adding a special touch to our stay. The hot tub on the deck was easily accessible. The gas fireplace, easily lit via remote control, added to the cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms and bathrooms were generously sized, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances, making meal preparation convenient and enjoyable. The cabin is only 5 mins from Angel Fire Resort. We will definitely be returning next year.

We visit Angel Fire every year and sometimes twice a year. Our family of four enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was spacious and well furnished. Our youngest daughter enjoyed the backyard the most! Even though there was not alot of snow in AF this year, the backyard had snow which made for a fun private sledding hill!!!Only inconvenience we found was low water pressure and slow drains in the showers. However this wasn’t enough to knock it off a 5 star rating. We will be hoping to stay here again on our next trip. Overall a great stay and very comfortable for our family.

I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay at Angel Fire/Blue Spruce Cabin! It was cozy when we watched Christmas movies at night! We loved the heated floors, those were a nice touch! We especially loved seeing the mule deer and elk in the backyard as well as using the snow sleds to ride down the hill with our kids. After a few minutes of messing with the oven, we figured out how to use it! So nice, btw! I really can’t say enough great things. This was our first time and I know for certain we would love to come back for another adventure! We also highly recommend Morning Star for breakfast and the first rental ski shop on the right heading up to Angel Fore Ski Resort! Both places had top notch service! 10/10!!

This house was amazing. Backyard was even better. The slope on the back side of the property is perfect for sledding kids. Hot tub was HOT, in a good way! Overall you must stay here if you are looking in Angel Fire.

Finding the property is hard, since google/Apple Maps wants to auto correct you to a different cabin with the same address on a very similarly named street, but the cabin itself is lovely and worth the drive/search.

It was a good house in a good location. Had problem with smelling gas when trying to use oven. So did not use it. There was no direction for it and also for the tv. It’s scary when you have 3 remotes and which one to use. Never did use the directv remote. We had a tv guru with us and he couldn’t figure it out. Directions would have been very helpful. Were able to watch it but it kept doing switchbacks to other stations. The Angel Fire area was awesome and we will be back again and hopefully problems fixed.

We enjoyed our stay. The air fryer was a must since we didn't know how to use the oven. The hot tub was nice each evening. The back deck was enjoyable, relaxing and watching the deer. It was nice to have basic essentials, salt and pepper, coffee filters, detergent and fabric softener, available.
