Good location, ample room, comfortable bed.

This was the perfect cozy cabin in a really great location. Only took us about 5 minutes to drive into Main Street in Breckenridge. The fireplace was our favorite part and we loved using the family board games! Will absolutely book here again. No issues with arrival or departure, host was great. Only suggestion I can leave is maybe a fan and humidifier for every room- the cabin air does get really dry.

Cozy cabin, very close to Breckenridge. We came in January, plenty of snow even Breckenridge didnt have as much snow..

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this location for a week during the summer and had an outstanding experience.Pros: Great space and location just outside of Breck, easy access to tons of hiking & day trips. Right next to the river with that soothing sound of flowing water from the nice deck. The interior of the house was very good; the kitchen, dining room, laundry, and fireplace were all practical and well laid out. We didn't use the TV, ect, but it was situated upstairs and not in the main living room.Cons: Not much, really. We had a small maintenance issue (stuff happens) upon arriving, and the property managers attended to it quickly and professionally. Perhaps the kitchen could be inventoried for pots, pans, utensils, etc, as a larger group might notice more. FYI, I was wary of the main valley road appearing adjacent to the property, but the minor traffic sounds or lights were not a problem for us, as the river sounds were prominent.We travel & rent places a lot, and this was a very enjoyable stay.

Great property right on the river in a quiet area with easy access to breck. House was comfortable and clean. Host communication was excellent. Only bummer was not being able to use the fire pit out back due to “hoa rules” but everything else was perfect.

The home is as described. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The swing by the creek/river was the best part of our experience. We loved it!

A peaceful relaxing retreat for our family. The cabin was such a wonderful place and would love to visit again.

Our family of 4 fit perfectly in this cabin, the creek access was perfect for my two boys to do some fishing and the deck was great for watching them make memories. In the evenings we even had two fox visit us right up on the deck while we were inside!

It is a great place to relax and enjoy family. Great location near town, but away from the crowds.

5 adults shared the house for a ski vacation. The house was clean with plenty of space for our group. It has a large kitchen. The appliances, including the clothes washer and dryer all worked. The temperature of the bedrooms was inconsistent. An electronic blanket was available. The bus stop is close but the bus times are limited. We chose to drive and park at the mountain. I would choose to stay here again.

The kids lived all the snow and playing in it!

Great location near town and enough space for everyone to spread out. Kids enjoyed playing in the snow and exploring the outside area.Nice to be able to access the shed to store outdoor equipment.

We stayed for a week and highly enjoyed it! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets, easy to find and simple check in process. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We had 3 adults, 2 kids and had plenty of room (although the house isn't huge by any means) We absolutely loved the stream that runs thru the property. Breck is only 5 min drive and we liked that the house wasn't in th craziness of town. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location just south of Breck. Very quite except for listening to the Small River right behind the house. ? Great communication with easy check in, etc. would definitely stay there again!!
