BLUE MARLIN perfect family vacations

Overall a great property. The manager was alway quick to respond to the few questions we had. It was very nice to have our own pool and hot tub. The 4 adult sized bikes could use some TLC but we rode them to the near by park almost every night. On a quiet street which was great for walking and just a week of relaxing. It is a bit a of drive to any beaches but we knew that ahead of time and planed accordingly. The garage had beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, ect. An added bonus was being able to park in the garage. The house is a little dated but it appears they are slowly updating. Mostly importantly it has everything you need for your home away from home!

Everything was perfect! We can’t wait to come back! Our host was amazing and easy to reach!

Property was as per description. Great layout and amenities with pool and hot tub.

Loved the neighborhood, check in process and discussions with Gunther were great. Rumrunners restaurant nearby superb food. Use of wAsher/dryer was great. Only concerns was listing. Bicycles are not road worthy, garage has a private vehicle parked inside so it’s not as in photo making it look like a great hangout spot. There are a King and 2 full size beds, no queen. Pool cost to heat is higher than listing states. Also we aren’t pool savy people, so we didn’t know there are air temperatures that are too cold to heat a pool so we only could use the pool less than half the time we where there because nighttime temperature dropped below a certain temperature that didn’t allow the pool heater to run. A weekly pool person and yard person were not expected but we adjusted. One huge improvement to this property would be new mattresses and new linens and towels.

Had a great time. Place is very clean and spacious. Did not disappoint. We would recommend to anyone!

It was very roomy and fun. Had everything you needed. We flew in from MO so did not have to pack anything but our clothes. The pool was awesome and wine was delightful. I will highly recommend. Thank you Gunther for being on top of our questions. Cheryl Vanessa and Jessica

We decided we wanted to try a house with a private pool. This did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Check in process was a bit rocky at first but property manager was responsive immediately. We will be back. Completely satisfied overall.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this wonderful Cape Coral vacation rental. The house was clean, the heated pool was fun for all, and the neighborhood/location can't be beat. Thanks for having us!
