Blue Marlin is a newly remodeled single-family home! It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bath. The guest bedroom features two full beds. A fully stocked kitchen with an island that can be used as a breakfast bar. Both of the bedrooms and living room have flat-screen TVs as well as cable. The property is located on a deep water canal on the Atlantic side. There is an above-ground pool, about 5 feet deep with a convenient Bar area with a full-size refrigerator for keeping your drinks cold and ready to serve. Covered parking and sitting area with a counter next to the pool.
Amenities: AC, Pool, Dockage, Grill, Bait freezer, water & electric at the dock, wifi, cable, and all linens provided
There is a 35" ft dock. Max Boat length is 29 ft

My husband and I rented this beautiful property for our recent honeymoon. It was an amazing place to stay. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely recommend this listing to others and hope to stay again in the future.
We really enjoyed this property. The views of the ocean are wonderful, the opportunity to fish from the patio is a plus and we really enjoyed the outdoor cooking and bar area. The only disappointment was the bar area bathroom that was advertised was locked/not accessible. I hope we can come back and visit soon!
I will admit this house had more than most rentals. The cookware was in good shape and lots of extras. Pressure cooker, air fryer, waffle maker, and more. The big standup freezer and additional fridge at the bar gave us plenty of storage. We loaded up on ice bags so everytime we took the boat out had plenty of ice. AC in every room so it was always comfortable. THe bar area is packed with stuff as well great grill and dual burner stove for frying fish. We also had room for my big F250, a car, and my trailer for my 23' boat. Neighbors on both sides are just incredible and super friendly this is just a great place to stay!!!
We spent 2 weeks in this wonderful home that has everything essential, fun, and festive for those who like to fish, recreate or simply relax on the grand decks. The outside cooking area is better than most people have in their homes! Jessenia Rubio, the manager, is beyond wonderful. Answered our emails and texts almost immediately and provided a huge welcome basket filled with goodies upon our arrival; something that doesn't happen very often when we rent. The boat slip can be a little hairy to navigate, but with patience, it serves its purpose well ---you can be in the ocean in a matter of minutes. A super vacay spot!
Nice quite community. Met most of the neighbors and they were all very nice. I would definitely recommend blue marlin.
I love the Marathon area!! You could still see the damage in the area from Irma but it was a nice little neighborhood.. The Blue Marlin was awesome !! It was in perfect condition and had everything we needed!! I hope to visit again next year!!
Property was as pictured. Check-in/out was super easy. Communication with rental agency was very good. Property was clean for the most part, but floors needed a good mopping. We went to Dollar Tree, bought an inexpensive mop and did it ourselves. This seems to be a problem with many rental properties, as we have had the same problem elsewhere. Or, maybe we just like our floors cleaner than most. This was my only issue with cleanliness, everything else was fine. Location was good, but some neighboring lots need clean-up and some are under construction. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and if we visit Marathon again, would book this property again.
