Blue Lake House w/ Gorgeous Dock

The house was lovely. The views were wonderful.

The house was amazing. Our daughter got married and we used it for the bridal party to get ready. So spacious. Husband and son used kayaks to fish early and got a few bass.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with owner was excellent. The boat ramp was approximately 8 minutes away and a short distance by water to bring our boat back to the dock. There are some shallow areas so be sure to follow the channel in your boat. For us tge water around the dock was not somewhere we would swim or even hang out on floats so I am glad we had our boat and the kayaks and paddle boards the owner provides are a huge bonus for that area of the lake

Great open floor plan for people to gather, but also had 2 rooms upstairs to get away from the group if you wanted. All necessary things were stocked upon arrival- dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The boys enjoyed their time out on the lake in the kayaks that were provided, fishing. There was a fire ring to make s’mores or just sit and watch the stars. Lovely property. Property manager was very responsive to calls.

Hands-down the cleanest, most comfortable, and best supplied house we’ve rented! Plenty of space for our family group of 6 adults plus dogs. We loved all of the floats, kayaks, and paddle boards, and made good use of the fire pit and grill. Nice, quiet neighborhood too. Highly recommend!

Amazing house with 3 bedrooms that have their own bathrooms and a spare off the laundry room. The house was fully stocked with games, lake toys and a few fishing rods. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Overall our experience was fantastic!!!

Plenty of room in the open floor plan. A bathroom for each person was very nice. The walk to the dock was a gentle slope.

Our mini-family reunion was perfect! The house and property were better than advertised! The floating dock, kayaks, and paddle boards were a big hit. And the kitchen is awesome - we are a cooking bunch of folks and we ate like kings! Thanks to the hosts who made sure we had everything we needed for a great week! Making plans to book again - longer next time!

This VRBO was the best we have ever stayed at. The house is beautiful inside and out. The short path to the dock was a joy to walk on everyday, our boat was protected by a cover while docked their. Communication with the owners was fast, but we never needed anything more then what was provided. The house has Roku TV and games provided, on the dock are 4 kayaks ready to use. This is for sure a rental that you will not want to miss out on.

The house is beautiful and was in a wonderful neighborhood. The toys provided to play on the lake and fishing off the dock was fun for the whole family. The location is fairly far from the nearest grocery store (15-20 minutes) so be prepared for that. Overall, it was a nice place where we would stay again if we vacationed in the same area.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at Toccoa Falls. The location is perfect, the neighbors around the circle are so friendly. They stopped us each morning to talk while we were jogging. The home has everything you could need. The kids loved kayaking and fishing off the dock. And the nightime fire pit was a perfect place to relax!

House is absolutely gorgeous. The view of the lake is also wonderful. Rather peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen was super well stocked.

My family and I chose this lake house for a quick weekend getaway. The accommodations were far beyond and superior to what we expected! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. There was no detail missed - even down to the security code on the door! The owners thought of everything which resulted in a pleasant stay that my family will remember forever. The floor plan was spacious and all the rooms and bathrooms were outstanding. The lake was an easy few steps from the house and it was serene and peaceful. Would definitely recommend 5 stars and would love to visit again!

We loved the home! Easy check in and check out. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the variety of kitchen supplies and appliances. The lake was amazing. Nice, quiet area. The paddle boards, kayaks, and outdoor games were fun!
