Stayed Nov 5, 2022We love Anna Maria Island; this was our sixth visit. The property is in a nice location, close to Pine Avenue. It's well maintained apart from several missing light bulbs in the bedrooms. Unfortunately, whilst we were staying there it wasn't peaceful. There is a new house being constructed in the next street and the noise from the construction site was awful; they were at it six days per week. Also, the heated pool temperature is set at 78F and even though the agent increased this on request to 84F (the maximum allowed) it was still too cold for us. The hot tub is hot though. We would visit again but only in the summer when the pool was warmer, and the construction work has finished.

Stayed Jan 23, 2022Great house for our family of 4 and had room for 2 more! Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub even on cool days. Sitting by the canal was nice and relaxing. Would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 9, 2021This property was beautiful inside and out. Very clean and decorated with great taste. Every bedroom had it's own bath which was so nice for our family :). The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for walking or biking everyplace we needed to be :).The management was very accommodating and professional. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

It more than accommodated our family, had beautiful canal views, ultra clean and just overall offered everything we needed for a carefree stay. The location was perfect to get anywhere on the island by a quick walk or golf cart ride. Would easily book again!
