Blue Haven Tivoli on Sandestin's Beachside, Golf Cart, Pool, On Golf Course

Enjoyed staying here! Worst thing was parking but we had 3 vehicles for our group.

Traveled to SanDestin for a CE conference. Rental was spacious, clean and offered an extremely relaxing environment during our downtime. Updated space with modern amenities - and, very comfortable beds! We will definitely return.

The property was clean, nicely appointed, comfortable and perfectly fit our needs. We had kiddos that enjoyed the bunk room. A picture of the stairs on the outside of, and leading into the building, needs to be placed in the listing. We had an elderly family member with us and the stairs were unexpected, and proved difficult. We also had an internet outage in the building occur during our stay. This was problematic as a family member was trying to work remotely during our stay. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Place was exactly as described! Great locations and the golf cart could take us to the beach and shops with ease. The host was communicative and we found everything easily. The decorations really wowed us with plenty of extras available for our toddler and infant. One of the few places we found where the kids room upstairs could actually be closed off with a door to help with light and noise. The pool wasn’t that great but not of control by the host company. Would book here again!

Very easy check in process, the manager send very detailed instructions about the procedure. The kitchen had everything and more than we expected. Bedroom better than imagined very spacious. It accommodated 10 adults and we felt very comfortable at the property. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Great time with Family enough room for us all. Room was good just wish when we arrived the house was cooler but all in all it was a good stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed are stay. The unit was as advertised- beautifully decorated and equipped with do much! The kitchen included not only many Dishes, glassware and mugs but also every type of cookware and prep utensils. Enjoyed the sleeping arrangements and bathrooms for each bedroom. The main suite bathroom was a hit for all with its large bathtub and shower! Others were small but adequate. It was nice to have a Regular coffee pot as well as K-cup single serve. Easily accessible to beach. Our group so appreciated the use of the golf cart and we were able to travel freely to not only beach but also to the one heated pool and the shop and activity area. Our time coincided with the New years celebration which included music and fireworks. Walking trails were utilized. Since we booked thru Vrbo as a 3rd party reservation we were not able to utilize some of the resorts and their amenitues without additional cost. Next time we will pay the extra fee to use the fitness center as it is well equipped.

Went to the grocery store and had no where to store the groceries, had to leave everything out on counters. Beds were hard, need to put a pillow top down on mattress. Upstairs stayed hot even with 2 portable fans. It was dirty under the beds. Upstairs shower-during use water also leaked on the floor. TV's never worked properly. Living Room TV would just stop working and turn off or get stuck on one channel. Kitchen faucet was loose.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to really enjoy this place. I mean golf cart, beach access close to the condo. First, this place has zero parking near the room for most the entire stay so you had to park and walk to the room. Also, one of the beds was full of sand from previous renters. Which means the cleaning crew didn’t even bother to look or change the sheets. Not to mention sand was all in the floor we had to sweep once we arrived. The beach access is absolutely the worse I’ve had while vacationing in Florida. It’s near the hilton on Sandestin and they have the entire beach covered with beach chair rentals. It’s 8 deep from the front to back and from side to side as far as you can see. So unless you plan on forking out $300 for the week on a chair don’t expect to be anywhere close to the water. Also, it was so packed it was unreal worse than spring break in my opinion. I will never stay here again.

Up stair bedroom was extremely warm and downstairs temp was barely 76 degrees during the day. The air conditioner maintenance came the last day as we were trying to pack and leave. I hope the next family had a better climate control. It was very clean and nice. Kitchen was stocked with any appliance. Overall stay was nice.

Just when you go to the beach walk down to the right about 3 football field lengths to get away from all of the people that made bad decisions in their lives (tats, smokers, too much taco bell), and you will find much less crowded areas. The sheep seem to just walk down the stairs and sit in the sea of seven rows of chairs. Get some exercise and walk down the beach and you will find areas with very few people around you, and it is lovely.
