Stayed Jul 3, 2025Our Son is stationed In Pensacola and the place we usually stay was not available for this trip. That being said, upon arrival we noticed that there was sand on all of the floors. The dining area has a spot in the floor that i was sure i was going to fall through it when i walked a crossed it. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty and we had to wash them to be able to eat off them. When removing the sheets from one of the beds I was surprised by the condition of the mattress which was filthy with stains. And the bed itself was old , noisy and about to collapse. There was a dirty mop leaned up against the wall in the hallway. The Living Room Furniture was very uncomfortable and in dire need of replacement. The standard height chairs that where placed at the breakfast bar made in challenging to even sit there without your chin resting on the bar let alone eat there. The refrigerator and freezer where both in need of a good old fashion scrubbing. The remotes for both TV's had dead batteries which we went ahead and replaced. Other than the above we enjoyed our visit with our Son who will be leaving for a four year deployment over seas.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025It was in an odd location. There was no designated area to relax or grill in the back yard. It was randomly locared behind a shop. They didnt provide enough bare essentials for the length of the stay. It was clean and quiet though.

Stayed May 21, 2025I highly recommend this place if you’re in Pensacola. It’s very private and you don’t hear any noise from the busy cross street. Close to some great restaurants. If I needed anything I just contacted the host and they messaged me back right away and were very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024This is a great place. Very nice and very clean! Location is great. You are close to a lot of places to eat and the drive to the beach is not bad at all. We are looking forward to staying here next year, not unless we make a quick trip again this year!
