This house is pure perfection! Cozy, clean, close to downtown-everything you would want in a rental. The neighborhood felt very safe and you were close to lots of restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. Easy 5-10min walk on sidewalks to everything. Close parking to the house can get tricky during busy times but there is plenty of parking a little farther away. We appreciated the starter set of toiletries/kitchen supplies and lots of towels. Hot tub was fabulous and we were even able to use the pool in September! Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the New Buffalo area!

Clean and spacious house in a prime location. Check in process was easy and instructions were easy to follow. We had a lovely stay and would visit again.

We had such a wonderful time! This was our second stay in this house and we will certainly be back. The location is key, the pool is clutch for the toddlers needing a beach break, and the front porch was perfect for evening drinks after they went to bed. Don't pass on New Buffalo and don't pass on this place.

We loved staying at this property with our extended family. There was plenty of room and the location is perfect for walking to town or the beach. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs throughout the trip. We would definitely book here again!

WOW! This beautiful house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children (3 and under). The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, outstanding closet space. We were all impressed with how solidly built the house seemed. Noise did not travel from room to room and you know with 4 toddlers, sleeping can be dicey at times! The second family room on the lower level was perfect for the girls to play and or for one of the adults needing a little quiet time. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We all enjoyed sitting on the covered and gated front porch during an afternoon rainshower, and the hot tub was a big hit with the adults in the evening. Not only was the house more than what we expected, but the location was a definite perk! A short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the community pool; a 5-minute walk to the downtown area for coffee or ice cream and shopping; an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Everything we needed for an unforgettable family vacation was right at our fingertips. We enjoyed time at the library, the beach, Schuler dairy farm, golf, Nancy's ice cream, and many of the local restaurants (Casey', Stray Dog, Sonny's, Post Boy). We are already planning to stay at this same house when we return for our next family vacation in 2027! Thanks so much for a great week in Michigan.

We had an amazing 5 days at this beautiful home! There were 13 of us from 70 to 7 months, enough room for all. Had eveything we needed, towels galore & every kitchen item you can imagine.The porch was our sweet spot, mornings for coffee, after a long day at the beach or pool for cockails and must mention the pool that's doors down was a god send for the littles, wanted to go all the time & so convenient. Bars, restaurants, shops & ice cream..all super close, meaning an easy walk even for the kids. The grocery store up the street made us all regret we schelpped so much stuff. They had everything from a great butcher, snax to liquor & diapers & all at fair prices. Backyard was great for nighttime fun & smores. We adored this home, can't say enough about it, tons of memories made and we hope to get back next year!

Stayed with the ladies in our family at this lovely home. It clearly has been cared for top to bottom with plenty of space for all 8 of us and then some. Our host was very easy to communicate with as well as very accommodating. Would definitely rent this property again!

Rented for family holiday, clean, cozy, and nice. Good size inside, parking a little light for big families, oven space limited for big families, and outside area small but enjoyable experience!

This was my third time staying here and I can’t wait for all the times to come. It is the perfect location and our family’s happy place. As my three year old put it “I want to stay here forever!” My favorite part is the porch - it is gated and the best place to relax.

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend! We had 13 total and we had plenty of room for sleeping, getting ready, playing games, and eating. Great location! Pool was close, clean and just the right temp. Walked into town for shopping and lunch. We had a great time!

This was our second stay at the blue house and we are in love with it. It is located within walking distance of the downtown area, the library and the beach. If you have small children, be sure to check out the lower level of the library. It is amazing. Our hostess was quick to respond to all my questions. Even though the house is amazing my favorite place to relax was the front porch...so peaceful.

We love the location to town and beach and community pool. Everything you need was available in the house. Parking was an issue at times. We would leave for dinner and when we returned the two spots in front of the house were taken. There is one assigned spot in back of the house.

We had another wonderful week in New Buffalo! The house is perfect for our family and we love how close it is to so many activities. We hope to return again next year!!

The house is in excellent condition and was well stocked with the essentials (soap, detergent, garbage bags, etc.) We had three children under the age of 3.5 years old and had plenty of room in the house for the pack and play, playmat, toys, books, bouncy chair, etc. The washer and dryer were a godsend. We hope to rent this house again next year.

We loved the house- clean, solid (no creaky floors!), very well appointed and in a great location to walk to New Buffalo and the beach. We didn't have high expectations for a community pool but it turned out to be surprisingly lovely. The host was responsive before and during our stay. The common areas for talking are tight for 9 adults but we made it work. Would return!
