Beautiful lake home with the BEST sunset views on Smith Lake situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in desirable Little Crooked Creek (Rock Creek) in Crane Hill. Surrounded by woods and with no through traffic at all, this is one of the most peaceful spots on the lake. You can even hear the rush of the waterfalls on the neighboring lot if there has been recent rain. One of the best features of this unique lake house is the deep, year-round water in our quiet cove that is protected from the boat traffic. Kids and adults will love jumping off of the top of the enormous 2 story boat dock!.

✔Waterfalls all around us, you are a 2 minute kayaking trip to a beautiful waterfall which is almost always running at the end of our cove

✔Double-decker boat dock with swim platform and a jumping platform from the top deck, 2 kayaks, additional boat slip to tie up guest's boat, jet ski ramp so bring your jet ski, 8 resort style chaise lounge chairs, 12 Adirondack chairs for relaxing on the dock, a floating water mat, covered area with a 6 seater table for lake-side picnics. This is one of the biggest docks you will see on the lake. We have chairs/seating for 20+ people and there is still room to spare!

✔ Our incredible cove is surrounded by the most amazing rock formations -to showcase the beauty, we along with our neighbors have added light features to the rock walls. Sitting on the dock at night taking in the illuminated rocks and looking at the stars has become one of our favorite family activities.

✔ Smith Lake fishing is incredible! We have a great connection to a local charter boat captain who you can schedule to pick you up on our dock to take you out for an awesome day of fishing for striped bass.

✔ We have a NO PARTY policy that we strictly enforce. Please keep this in mind when booking. We appreciate you keeping it to only registered guests in our lake home. Also, please respect our neighbors and the serenity of our cove when playing music on the dock. Thank you!
