This beautiful brand 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is ready for you and your group! The open concept floor plan, stone countertops, white shaker cabinets and stainless steel appliances make this new home feel modern and clean. The fully stocked kitchen and private BBQ grill allow you to easily make all of your favorite meals. Being in a development called Lochwood, there are many amenities that come with this home that make it an awesome place to stay and create memories. You'll have access to the community pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, pool table, playground and common area! (Amenities are open Memorial Day - Labor Day. Pool & Hot Tub closed from Sept-May!). Whether you want to send the kids to the pool during the day, or want to take a quick dip in the hot tub to warm up after a long day on the lake, we know you'll love the amenities that come with this home.
You are within walking distance to the Utah Marina, and right across the street from the brand new grocery store (opened Spring 2021). Blue Bear Bungalow is a quick 2 minute drive to the heart of Garden City, where you can enjoy all of the delicious raspberry shakes and local restaurants the city has to offer.

We loved the property! It was a great space for our group. My elderly mom really appreciated the main level living. It’s nice to not have to worry about stairs. My co-parent and I enjoyed the kitchen where we made great breakfast each morning using the skillet in the center of the gas stove. We liked the large TV where we had movie night our last night. We appreciated the bicycles and life jackets.
The property is quite new, comfortable, and well-located. The whole family loved it, and the children especially appreciated the nearby pool.
This worked perfectly for our trip! The place was well cleaned and had everything we needed. Would recommend booking again when we come back up.

Our family stopped here for a few days as part of a larger road trip. It was clean and there was plenty of room for the family to relax. The area was really nice. The lake was very pretty, there was decent hiking and Minnetonka Cave was cool.
I love this little town. The house is beautiful and plenty of room for us. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The garage is a big plus with ski and snowboard equipment.

The home was in a good location close to a gas station and grocery store. The house was clean and met our expectations. The only disappointment was that the dryer didn’t work and the laundry mat is in Montpelier. The property management was quick to respond and offered to come pickup the laundry and dry it themselves. The property management was very responsive and helpful. We were kind of disappointed that the swimming pool is not actually outside our back door as the pictures showed, but rather at a clubhouse. We had a great time.
We love Bear Lake and really enjoyed the property. The property manager communicated very quickly and was very helpful. The home is new, beautiful, and in close proximity to everything including 1/4 mile to the marina, walking distance to the main grocery store in town, and driving distance to everything else. The home was stocked well with all essentials. Only opportunities were the dryer wasn’t working, and couch bed was missed by the cleaning crew. We will definitely be back to this spot next year!
This place is very clean and new. It has nice furnishings. It is close to the lake. Would definitely stay here again. Loved our stay.
