This home is located in an exclusive area of the island in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Walking or biking distance to the beach. Many restaurants and shopping venues are as little as a few minutes away on foot making Marco Island a great place to lose the car and walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner!

The property is very close to white sand beaches. The home has beach chairs, and a couple coolers for the beach. It even includes a couple fishing poles!

The home is truly perfect for everyone to gather in the spacious common areas with an open floor plan. The openness and high ceilings lend to the feeling of having plenty of space for everyone. The huge multi-panel sliding glass patio doors from the living area out to the pool/lanai further expands the space. There is a professional Property Host that will be handling all aspects of your vacation from pre-check in, orientation of the home, any questions/concerns during your stay, and an on-island contact that is able to handle anything that comes up. Your vacation home comes provisioned with an initial basic supply of your essentials that you'd expect such as tissue paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soaps, and washing detergents. The professional host will be going over all of these details and more as your vacation check-in date nears.

You'll have direct and exclusive access to all areas of the property during your stay. The home also has enough driveway space for 2 full-sized vehicles to be parked. There is a small service closet that is reserved for our maintenance providers that is secured.
