BLOSSOM VIEW COTTAGES: Luxurious 3 Bedroom + Den Near Theaters, Downtown

What a lovely stay. We came to Ashland to enjoy mountain biking, walking in Lithia Park and two plays. The Blue Hyacinth lodging had a well stocked kitchen, was super clean and comfortable as well as so convenient to downtown with walking distance to the Oregon Shakespeare plays. Would return again!

One of the beds had stained sheets - guest felt they had to sleep on top of the covers.Mold on the upstairs shower curtain liner.Grounds were very overgrown, nothing like the picture.Whole place just needs some care.

Was nice and what we expected. Property was spacious. Great location!

This is a lovely house well located within east walking distance of restaurants, the theaters and the food coop. There are lovely outdoor spaces to hang out and eat or read. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The only issue was that the listing mentioned washer and dryer, and we needed to text and get special access. Perhaps the listing should be revised. Highly recommend and would return.

This was the second time we stayed at the cottage on the same August weekend. Once again we were pleased. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is clean and well appointed with all the necessities. We did not cook but the kitchen is great. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the front porch light. Oh well!

Rental was terrific. I was very happy.

Our stay was great. The house was super clean and had everything you need. My only suggestion would be to add shower mats to each tub/shower, as they are super slippery without.

Great house within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants

Address and location of house was not correct, but we found it behind the house with our address. The VRBO address does not match the actual house location. Two coffee pots that did not work. After some convincing we were brought a new one. Five women stayed so a few more towels would have been helpful. And, no access to washer and dryer if your visit is short ( that should be noted in the description). Overall , we really enjoyed our stay and the location was great!

My friends and I booked both the blue and pink houses and it was the perfect setup, walkable to the town and the theatres but a nice quiet area around the houses. Totally recommend and will try and come back again!

Great location just one block from our favorite coffee shop and bakery, and just a few blocks more to the co-op grocery. Getting to the theaters and main businesses was also convenient. Never saw a “washer” except for the dishwasher, but willing to believe it (and a dryer?) were there. We just didn’t need them for a three night stay. Would definitely consider this property again with family and/or friends.

Nice residential area that is an easy walk to OSF. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 5 adults. The stairs are a bit steep for people with mobility problems but there is one bedroom downstairs. One suggestion: update the furnishings throughout. They are a bit tired.

On our annual OSF trip, enjoyed several plays, lots of walking around town and the park, shopping and dining. We love Ashland and this house was a perfect fit for the 6 of us.

The house was centrally located. We only used the car once to go to Emigrant lake. We were able to walk to the theater, restaurants, the co-op and downtown. It was so convenient.

Located close to town. Lots of family open space and privacy in bedrooms. Fantastic!!

Very clean & comfortable! Location is great. One suggestion is adding a chair in each bedroom. Easier to sit down in a chair than on the bed to put on slacks, shoes, etc. Loved the kitchen.
